Beautiful carpet and would shop here again because of the quality. However not quite five stars because there was communication issues and errors that were made during the transactional process. After delays, we eventually got the right and working payment link sent to us. The fitter was great in doing a quick job and was quite flexible with out circumstance. But a little more communication about the work that was to be done and hoovering the floor afterwards would have been perfect. Also taking away the old carpet should also be provided in the cost because it's £700 for just one room. Overall, because I love the outcome, my super soft cream carpet in the bedroom, I rate it a high 4 stars.

An exceptional Sales guy …
The Sales guy( Manager ?) was very knowledgeable and friendly. He chatted to my wife and I about different subjects including his life and he was genuinely interested in us. Even though the store was closing down and it was after business hours he took his time and showed us all the options and he answered all our questions happily.A true gentleman and Salesman.

There was only one person on duty in…
There was only one person on duty in the store and I had to wait over 5 minutes before he finished dealing with another customer. Otherwise the service was good.

Excellent Service From Shane
Excellent service at the Pontypridd branch of Carpetright with Caerffili branch manager, Shane, providing great customer care, advice and support.
Shane listened to what I was hoping to achieve in my home using a combination of laminate, luxury vinyl and carpet.
