Completing the jigsaw
The first fit of my new floor had gone pear shaped around 15 months after it went down - the Modus vinyl laid in my bathroom and hall had been afflicted by an unsavoury orange rash of discolouration: I kept imagining I'd spilt my orange juice on the floor. I tried again at Carpetright Ltd. They arranged a fitting for the following morning, of an upgrade premium quality remnant, and the floor was sorted within 24 hours. Miracles take a little longer as they say and the jig's done - hopefully it'll really last this time (!)

Helpful and friendly service

Very helpful.
My husband and I came into the shop on Sunday looking to buy a bed. We chose a Milton Otto bed frame. The sales advisor (Steve) was extremely helpful and helped us with organising delivery and recycling. Although it looked like he was the only sales advisor on the shop floor, Steve did not rush us, and gave us the help we needed with our questions. We are now looking forward to receiving the bed frame.
