from booking in the measure up through to the ordering it was nice and easy, the guys at Carpet Barn were very helpful and accomodating, they were also very knowledgeable of the products that we were looking at.

We had to wait a about 8 weeks for our LVT to be fitted but Shane the fitter was well worth the wait, he was a great guy. He was happy, friendly, and more importantly didnt mind answering any questions i had about the fitting or the products. Finished the job within the time estimated for it with no dramas at all.

We have used carpet barn a few times now, this time we had new stairs and bedroom carpets in a rental, they arrived on time, fitted them quickly and efficiently and cleaned up.

The gentleman who helped us listened to us we sort of new the colour we wanted and he found us the perfect one he was very knowledgeable about underlay helped choose the right one that was in our budget this is the second carpet we have purchased and will definitely buy from you again

My friend went and bought the flooring for me so I didn’t communicate with the shop staff but my friend actually swears by them so I said go ahead and book it in for me. I had great communication from them. An email to confirm when it was being laid and a call from the the day before they were due to come to confirm a time. The man who fitted was really quick and done a fantastic job! I absolutely love it. (Hallway Lino) It looks so nice!

Measuring, purchase, and fitting process all went very well.

I was/am very happy with the service that I received from Carpet Barn. From the initial estimate, given in the warehouse, through the survey and fitting, I was kept informed at each stage.
The end result is also satisfactory. I definitely would recommend Carpet Barn.

We agreed in person, the order in which the rooms and hallway would be done, over three visits by the fitterss.

Twice they showed up with the wrong carpets so we had to empty different rooms to ones that were already empties and on one occassion they had to go away and come back again.

The fitters were brilliant however and left us allthe off-cuts so we could make mats for heavy-use areas.

So I went to carpet barn got my my carpet and then I went back and got my Lino and asked for them to be delivered together which they said they would do it was booked in for a certain day and then because we were moving we decided not to go on holiday and change the date to today which is the 20th of June. Well I’m disabled my husband works and I have to try and pack take trying to get here and spend all day waiting for them to come to only find out that they’ve only got the lino and can’t deliver the rest next one until next week is not good enough the guy that’s putting it down is absolutely lovely but they’re just happy to say what you can wait till next week. I can’t wait till next week. I now have to change my delivery van. This is a joke. I’m absolutely disgusted and I will never use company again he couldn’t justify what had happened this is not good enough and if I want to complain and gave me the email address which I had no pen for now I forgotten I told him I had no pen because I’m in a place that has got nothing absolutely more stress that I really didn’t need Not good enough .

The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. My dad had recently passed away and they went out of their way to help my mum. We originally went in to buy a new carpet and because of the way they helped returned a month or so later to buy a new bed. Thank you.

We dealt with a great sales person and it was all so easy. Kurt was very helpful and friendly and the fitter was equally great to deal with. Have used Carpet Barn a few times over the years and I will continue to in the future. Nothing was too much trouble….thank you all!
