Total Scam!
I ordered goods that never arrived. I paid a lot of money. They don't reply to your emails. Never received deliveries and never received email replies.

Unfortunately it is a total scam. Never received the bed sheets I ordered after 2 months and no reply from their email after 3 attempts.

Ik heb een bestelling gedaan bij casetifys Ik ontving een ander product dan dat ik heb besteld. Ik ben al dagen aan het mailen maar er wordt niet gereageerd op mijn mails met verzoek tot retour sturen. Ook een reactie hier op Trustpilot, dat men mij zou contacten heeft tot niks geleid. Waardeloos! Ik zou hier niets kopen!

I was extremely foolish spending my money with this 'company'. I received a completely different product (*) than ordered for €70. Do not do business with these fraudsters and do not confuse the name with Casetify!

Not real silk as advertised!!!!
No response to emails

I ordered a power bank of 20,000 mAh capacity and paid a lot of money hoping that I’ll have a good and reliable product. That said, they sent me a power bank of 10,000 mAh capacity. I sent multiple emails to them asking to return me the difference in price, however they keep ignoring my emails.
Unfair and unreliable eshop. Don’t trust them.

I have never received the product I paid for. Disputing through pay pal

Pésimo servicio. Está página es una estafa. No compren sus productos. Pague por un usefulcasefity sin embargo ya van dos meses que no me lo envían, además que no responden mi mensaje. Hay que denunciar para que estos tipos no siguen engañando a la gente

I ordered two camping chairs with a quick release mechanism.
You sent me two camping chairs that need assembling, NOT the ones I ordered.
The whole reason for ordering these expensive chairs was because ‘ according to the advert/video’ they were easy to use. They were a present for my sister who has arthritis and cannot assemble the ones I received.
Unfortunately you are not answering my emails regarding this matter, so I have no choice but to warn other people not to send for these chairs.

Ordered a walnut timber / aluminum book stand. They delivered a totally different item with a white painted steel base - highly inferior quality. Not even the decency to contact me before shipping to get approval, and I find this unbelievably dishonest and deceptive.
Do not deal with these people.

After several months, still not even so much as an acknowledgement of my incorrect order issue. I caution strongly against purchasing any item from this site/company. Obviously pure SCAM.

The wrong specification of binocular was delivered - I reported this immediately and have received no response in over 5 days. I’ve had to initiate a return of funds through PayPal. They have not responded to my ‘case’ on PayPal either.

Product claimed to be 100% silk. It’s actually satin (polyester) no response to emails etc
Very expensive for satin
