Abhorrent experience. Avoid like the plague.
Borrowed from them and wanted to pay off early. They told me the amount to pay off to complete the loan, I paid it, and now they are emailing saying I have not paid off the loan despite them telling me that I had. I am contacting the ombudsman.

I lost my card during the repayment…
I lost my card during the repayment period ans although I called to update my card details they just took payment rather than making sure future payments were going to be ok.
This was so they could add daily charges on to my payments.

I would never get a loan from this company again. I was struggling to pay my last payment due to being off sick with Anxiety. I had made all other payments on time and I just needed to pay the last one a few weeks late when my wage came in. They were not supportive or helpful at all. I also received continuous messages,texts and emails saying I was not getting in touch which I was daily. These messages said I would be transferred to a dept company which caused lots of worry and stress that led me to lend more money to make the final payment.

Absolutely amazing service for the 2nd time
What can I say... I have had yet another fantastic experience with this company, I had recently moved into a new apartment and with all the costs I couldn't afford to pay my installment that month so reached out to the company via WhatsApp and I was quickly connected with an absolutely fantastic person named Sam, who reassured me and within minutes had solved my problem and changed my payment date to one more affordable to me without question. At the end of the chat Sam even congratulated me and wished me luck with my new apartment, I honestly have never received customer service like this and really really appreciated how understanding Sam was. Sam deserves a huge pat on the back and lots of recognition for the level of support, understanding and spectacular customer service given to me today. I would without a doubt recommend Cash4unow to everyone, I really hope this review is helpful to potential customers and to the company.

Trustworthy loan company.
Application was simple . Response speedy and good service. Everything transparent no hidden costs . Payment plan given at start also helpful. Basically everything you would want in a loan company transparency , speedy response and trustworthy.
