I found the process easy and had prompt responses to my emails. My only criticism is that you can't see the early repayment amount when you're logged in online. I wanted to repay early to avoid interest but had to contact the team first for a settlement figure. I did get a reply quickly but as the team can only respond during office hours it was a bit frustrating.

What a joke this company is
What a joke this company is. After paying off my loan one day earlier through the link provided by them in one of their emails, the next day they took the same payment from my bank again, so an extra one. I have emailed and called them with no help, they claimed their system didnt work right for a week and they cant track the extra payment, I even emailed them the bank screenshots of the payments. After waiting for almost a week had to report this payment as fraud to Barclays and have them refund it back as even they saw 7 payments when there should have been 6. Stay away !!!!!!

After paying a settlement figure this…
After paying a settlement figure this company went and charged my debit card 3 days later for the contractual amount. I requested a refund which took 72 working hours and wasn't the amount I paid. Once I questioned this I was advised they wouldn't be returning the difference as the card payment made 3 days earlier hadn't cleared and they had then continued to charge interest until it had. Very strange practices. Have complained to the ombudsman. Please avoid this company!
