I was a bit dubious about using an online buyer for some scrap jewellery I had. Cash for Gold said they offered the best prices and they did, quite a bit more than another high street buyer. Very impressed
Very impressed, sent them my unwanted gold and silver items, they phoned me on day of receipt and offered me a very fair price, which I accepted and money was in my account within the hour. Completely genuine company and hassle free. I would definitely use them again.

Completely perfect. Got the price that was displayed on the website, received a confirmation form on email to print out and sent off my gold in the post. Then got a phone call and received all the cash in the bank the very next day. Couldn't ask for a better transaction Thank you.

You won’t find a faster service
I was doubtful this was going to work in my favour I’m pleased to say I was so wrong.
Wife had several broken chains that have sat in the bottom of her jewellery box for years she decided they needed to go,I did approach another company first but had to wait for an envelope to be sent.
Anyway bundled up the chains and filled out the form then I discovered more items which I added to the packet and adjusted the paperwork.Hoped this would be OK.
Envelope was collected from me by RM Monday 30th at 2:30 the envelope arrived at destination 11:43 this morning phone call just before 1pm offer was accepted (exactly what was expected using their calculator) money in the bank before 3pm. Would use them again if the need arises. BTW still waiting for the other company to send the envelope.

Easy instructions ( and I mean easy). Sent my gold on a Thursday and received a call on Monday with an offer. Unable to commit at that point, so they called me on Tuesday. Lucky for me, gold value had increased, so they upped their initial offer. I accepted and within an hour, the money was in my account. Thank you, absolutely brilliant service
