A trouble free transaction
I saw what I wanted to buy but there were two different sizes on the website listing so I had to call to check which was correct. The person I spoke to was friendly and informative. One of the sizes on the listing was incorrect but luckily the correct size was the one I was after. The price was good so I made my purchase. The item arrived well packaged and in good time. A good buying experience from this company.

Halifax store poor after sales support
Bought an xbox one online from Halifax store which works fine and delivery was quick however after sales service is not good.
Controller for xbox is faulty and has stick drift. When emailing the store to raise this problem they completely ignored my email nearly a month since sending the email no response.
This will be the last time I will but my trust in this company

went back today to chorley cash generator , and luckily the watch had stopped when i took it in , the owner of the shop was in , Richard , who was very helpful and refunded my money under the 30 day consumer act 2015 ,
