Wilson Plumbing and Heating Ltd Avis 

Wilson Plumbing installed our new boiler two years ago along with a Hive thermostat system. Paul came out to do its annual service. Cleaned the internal parts, checked its efficiency and checked the thermostat. Never had any issues with it since it was installed and always get a helpful reminder from Lauren for our annual service. Can’t recommend the team enough. Great communication booking and invoicing through Lauren on reception, and great service from Paul today, who came to the house on time and got on with the job in the kitchen whilst I looked after my baby in the living room.

Paul arrived at my Mum’s house before time even though the weather was terrible. He did a thorough job explaining everything to us, we are always pleased with his work ethic.

Paul arrived on time and set about carrying out the required gas inspection of our Static Caravan. Paul explained in detail what the inspection consisted of and the results of each item tested. From seeing a leaflet to checking the webiste, to Craig coming out to quote and alert us to some things that needed urgent attention, to Nick and Lewis replacing our boiler, a radiator, sorting a few other things, and their advice on how to run the system we are very impressed. Wilson Plumbing have serviced our boiler since 2017 and have always been very professional, customer focused and competitive. August 2025 I noticed water dripping from the boilers and asked them to investigate. They promptly responded, diagnosed the issue, provided advice . The most efficient option was replacement due to the age of the boiler being 16 year . They provided a clear break down if works in a quote . As agreed, Nick ,Lewis & Ben arrived promptly at 7:30am, introduced themselves and started work on the boiler replacement along with 2 radiators in the living room. All work and cleaning up was completed to a professional standard including registering the warranty , Building Control approval and customer services from Lauren. I would have every confidence in recommending Wilson Plumbing and would like to thank them all for the service and customer focus they provided

Nick and Lewis arrived on time to fit an air conditioning unit in my loft conversion. They were efficient and explained things as they were doing it. I'm always careful who I let in to do jobs and from the first visit they put me at ease and didn't leave a mess!
Lauren in the office was lovely to. She was very patient and sorted everything quickly.

Very easy to book the service of my boiler, after having a reminder it was coming due for annual service.
Paul the engineer called me before he arrived. He did a thorough inspection and service of the boiler and pressure tests. It was completed it a very timely manner and results passed on to me.

Paul arrived at the scheduled time and started the boiler service promptly. He was friendly and efficient. He answered our questions and didn’t leave anything that needed cleaning up. His visit wasn’t much of adisruption to our household and we were reassured that our boiler is in good condition and operating safely.

Great service and I really appreciate the work that was carried out. I had three gas out lets capped off and the engineer did a really good job and he cleaned up after himself. Did not take that long either. Will be using again.
