Van driving idiot bully
Judging by all the awful 1 star reviews on line about CBRE then this companies culture was well represented today by the dangerous driving by the arrogant Moron driving the Ford Transit registration BK75NXV that tail gated within 1 metre of my rear bumper today at 70mph northbound on the packed M5 near Gloucester. He was so close I couldn't even see behind to move left even though indicating that I wanted to out of this fools way. Only have a forward facing dashcam although noted the event and logged with Gloucs police earlier. This bully pushed everyone out of his way in the third overtaking lane for miles whilst driving well in excess of tge speed limit. This CBRE outfit whoever they are clearly have no employee professional driver standards or procedures.
CBRE commercial contract staff unprofessional
If I could give zero stars I would!. I have had the displeasure of speaking to 4/5 different staff members of CBRE commercial in the past 2 weeks and I have never experienced such rudeness and lack of professionalism. I don’t know where they find the staff that seem to think it’s okay to conduct business like this.

Extremely bad!
1) It took them 3 months to fix the heating issue in the apartment I pay 3k pounds/month for during winter time
2) They are extremely irresponsive and irresponsible
3) Nearly a month after checking out of the apartment, I still haven't gotten my deposit back, and no reply from the agent!

Dealt with agent Deena Kneafsey at CBRE residential London. Their behaviour has always been misleading, disingenuous and non transparent. They will try and steal your deposit. They will make up extra cleaning charges, fake repairs, and missing items to keep as much as they can, even if the check out report does not show anything wrong.
Avoid like the plague. I cannot stress this enough.
Document as much as you can, and be very much aware of your rights as a tenant because you will need to dispute the charges at TDS.

When I eventually collapsed and went sick the director turned up at my house .
Doctor signed me off 2 days later.
Put in a grievance with HR, they didn’t follow their own grievance procedures and ignored it.
I then had to leave due to harassment from said director.
Pam Henman was the director that stalked and harassed me.
I won 2 outstanding achievement awards and was a good employee.
Cbre ran me into the ground, and nearly destroyed my 30
Year career.

Whitney Beatson from CBRE - absolute disgrace to the company in my view. Unprofessional, does not reply to e-mails, in breach of tenancy agreement by withholding my deposit for almost 3 months now without any reason. And even asked me to remove my honest earlier review!

nothing but a cowboy company recently where I work they replaced the speed humps but the contractors they used where so dumb.they replaced the first one as you drive in but the second one they decided to leave till last there was two big holes which my car hit being 4am in the morning I couldn't see them now my car is ruined.even if email there head office and get a reply the people who work there are halfwits that's putting it mildly absolute cowboys the lot of them .

This is by far the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. If you’re considering renting a property they manage, be warned.
They’ve taken triple rent payments by ‘mistake’ ignored my emails, and their property managers are consistently unhelpful and passive-aggressive. It took weeks of constantly chasing via telephone and email (mostly being ignored) to get my deposit back.
Save yourself the trouble and run.
Deliberately aggressive driver
An employee at this company deliberately drove his van into the side of my car in an act of aggression. Neither myself, nor the police have been able to get a response from the company. They are wilfully ignorant and obviously condone and support poor behaviour from their drivers! Avoid this company however possible!!
THEY STOLE MY HOLDING DEPOSIT
They stole my holding deposit only because i didn’t want to use open banking which is completely my choice whether i would like to use it or not. Although had choices of using open banking or uploading documents my reference was failed. Real estate agent told me that “we can’t refund your deposit back because landlord spent for the repairs of the flat” which doesn’t make sense as he spent for his flat,not for me. Legally they have to refund my deposit when referencing is failed they didn’t refund my deposit. Stay away!

Im a driving instructor whos out with my learners, i was in a little industrial estate in stockton in tees, a little village called sedgefield when all of a sudden a male driving a CBRE van came so quick towards us my learner had to steer out the way, humping the curb.. a male in his 30s- 40s with a male passenger.
Does he know its a 10mph road.
I think the company should take that van off him, driving like an absolute fool

They increased the rent during my 2-year 'fixed term' tenancy. Although it's unlawful to increase the rent during a fixed term contract, they threatened to kick out from the flat by using the break clause.
At the end of the tenancy they wanted to charge 700£ (ie. each water drip mark 35£) for the wears & tears without a bill and the case went to DTS who decided that all are irrelevant and can be also removed by cleaning and therefore they only cut the cleaning fee from the deposit and returned the majority.
Commercial real estate leisure stole my money
The commercial real estate leisure team are headed up by someone who took my money and did literally nothing and then lied. I had to take them to court and won my case and only then did I recover my money.
Don't ever deal with these despicable money grabbers. They will take your money, make all kinds of promises, and do nothing. It's tantamount to theft.
Never work with Cbre for rental lettings residential
It appears I’m unable to leave less than one star. Are used CBRE as my agents to rent an apartment in the City of London and they failed on every single count. I was left in darkness for three days with my five year old and they thought I would be okay to wait nearly 2 weeks to get the lighting fixed. They then messed up and hold onto my rental deposit of ~ £3.7k for two months.
I’ve now started legal proceedings against them to recover the money and compensate me for the time.
