Father and son insurance
I have taken out a policy for myself and my son, I found it very easy to do, no fuss and just print your certificate at the end.

Cheapest I could find.
I have never made a claim, so can't comment on that.
I was required to obtain insurance by my gun club even though the club is insured.
This one was the cheapest I could find and offers the same benefits, apart from it hasn't got 5 directors and a private range that I could attend if I drove 300 miles.
The positives are that on the few times I have contacted them, to question about black powder and to querey why I should pay at all through lockdown when the club couldn't meet. I have been very happy with the result.
