I am currently going thru a CDR with the SSA. I have no issues with one being done it's workers atitudes I have the issue with. I have feeling examiner tried to take bits and piece's from my file just to speed thru process faster so she would not have so much paperwork. I would like to share an experience I had on 4-30-15.
I went in for an exam to a doctor who works for state of Arizona.
The exam started out as questioning about my medical problems and I answered the best way I could. When it came time for physical part of exam and after learning I was hearing impaired that is when the horror began. He instructed me to raise both arms and when I couldn't he took both his hands and forced them up. When it came time to bend over and when I couldn't go all the was he put both his hands on my shoulder and shoved down as hard as he could causing a sharp shocking pain in my lower spinal cord. I asked him politly to stop exam as it hurt and he started laughing.
I did report him and after geing no where's I have filed complaint with Arizona medical board. I have reasons to believe I have a small spinal cord injury on top of the DDD I already have. I am goung thru much pain and suffering. That doctor could lose his rights to practice medicine in the state of Arizona for what he did to me. This has had a huge affect on me. Many state doctors are getting paid huge money to write a clean bill of health so they dont have to have all that paperwork that is involved in getting someone going. Many state disability examiners are extremely overworked and understaffed so they would rather take the easy way out by taking bits and pieces of a file leaving out important facts so they can speed thru reviews. Be advised that is tampering with medical files. They need to be held accountable for such actions as it hurts community when they do so. This needs to stop right now. We need to take a stand for our rights. Please spread the word.
