Quite simply just DONT DONT DO NOT buy from this website!
I bought one of their jelly bras on 9th March and less than 12 hours later after I couldn’t find the page i got the bra from on their site I asked to cancel the order. I was well within their apparent cancellation period.

The responses I got shocked me and I work in a customer service job! I was told the order had been shipped (in 12 hours? Even Amazon isn’t that good!) I said I hadn’t received that information and requested to have it cancelled. 2 days later I get the notification that it was sent, 2 days after I emailed to have it cancelled so it wasn’t sent when I emailed first, they ignored the instruction and sent the item anyway!

When I brought this up with them and the other issues I was told “see if you like the item and you can return if you don’t like”
When I received the item, it is shoddy work at best! I immediately emailed to request the details for return and refunding and I have not had a reply, I have emailed 4 times now over 2 weeks!

I then realised they charged me more than the order as well! Order was £17 I was charged £22! Thankfully my bank helped me reclaim that cost when I was having issues contacting the company.

Do not buy from this company! Scam product and scam business!

If I could give 0 stars I would !! I wish I had read the reviews on here before I ordered their jelly soft bra ! Do not order if you are expecting any kind of support from the bra. I ordered 2 sizes with the intention of sending the one that didn't fit, back. I had read the returns info and it seemed fine/normal. However neither of the bras were any use, size is unimportant basically, as they do not give support of any kind. When I said I needed to return they offered me to keep them and they would refund me £3 !!! I messaged back and fore and spoke about the return procedures to them be told I could return for a full refund but to China, it would literally have cost about £20 (Royal Mail) They then offered me £7, nothing I said was making them change their offer, they just kept saying how sorry they were that I was unhappy with the product. So, lesson learnt...£7 refund = £24 loss, not the end of the world to me but it might be to someone else! its just the whole principal of it. THEY ARE RIPPING YOU OFF, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM (Oh, and it took over 7 weeks to receive the order too, they must have walked it to the UK !!)

Ordered 2 items 38 days ago now. Only get a response if I chase and the reply is just generic nonsense. No idea if or when they will arrive. Asked for a refund and refused. Diabolical service. Do not bother, I'm getting the feeling it's a scam. Same as previous review don't even deserve 1 star

I’d score a zero if I could. Do not buy from this bunch of rogues. They sell you products of sub standard quality posing as a uk company. When you encounter a problem, like a product arriving damaged or faulty they will maybe offer you a partial refund of £2. You’ll never see your money again and then they advise that you can’t return to uk address and return to china will be very expensive. Total scam!

I ordered my bras 6 weeks ago and they still haven't arrived! I keep being told its "logistics" and there is nothing that can be done, they can't even cancel the order. So they have my money and I don't have the product and they cannot tell me when it will arrive. Disgraceful.

Bought two products, bras with mire lifting power. Sadly they have less support than the average bra and do not live up to the claim ( I did suspect) Value £25.
I am currently trying to get a return address from them- after daily multiple emails for the last 8 days where they keep offering for me to keep the product and pay me compensation because return postage for ‘me’ will be too high. They also suggested I see if I could give them to a friend, then asked me to not be ‘angry’ which I am not.
I will persist in my refund efforts to prove a point with a clearly non credible company. I am sure their bad grammar support ( possibly AI) will eventually cave. They don’t know how persistent I am and the noise I will make about their company on all forums.

The same as the others! The bra arrived it was too big for me even though it was an extra small and I’m a size 10.. I’m normally a 302 double D so an extra small should’ve fit me.. there is no way this can hold up a bust of any proportion. It’s too soft., the straps are removable and not strong enough to hold and give support support for a strong bust.

So I ask for my refund because it’s too big, and like the others I’m offered £2 compensation or I need to return it to China.

This is a con because it is so sent from The UK and the address is RG 18 which I think is Reading so why I have to now return it to China I don’t know

They will not give me a refund, but I’m hoping to get my £4 newly negotiated compensation.

Very poor quality poor fitting excuses for bras. I ordered them because it stated a 30 day refund guarantee on the advert. This of course is not happening.
Not only an inferior product but terrible terrible customer service with unacceptable shipping time

I have had exactly the same experience as others have written here! Overcharged and when the item arrived it was cheap and too small. This company advertises on instagram but has many different names which change constantly. I have been offered £2 compensation despite the company “policy” stating a refund is given within 14 days.
They simply don’t care - they are in Hong Kong! It’s a disgrace to treat customers in this way.

Item received and was very poor quality. Customer service have offered £2 refund - I paid £18.99
Definitely a scam website - avoid at all costs.

Update: Customer services offer £2 compensation, no return or exchange possible. So I complained through PayPal and got a full refund - so do try that if you have had the same experience.

I purchased a bra and it took 6 weeks to arrive. It was the wrong size. and very cheap material. I should have checked here first. I looked to try and go to the website but outlook warned me it was a scam website and dangerous, so I'm hesitant to try and go onto it. meaning I'll probably not get a refund. Scammed? yes probably.

Costs …. Same review as everyone else on here … overcharging and the email responses feel like they have been typed by at 3 year old! Waiting over a month for something that’s never going to come.

I ordered mine 2nd of March and I have still not received anything I keep getting in touch and they say it’s on the way not happy 😡

Zero stars if I could. I purchased something for the price of £18, and they charged my bank £23! On the invoicing and receipts and even Apple Pay, it all said £18. Yet they managed to charge me an extra £5, sneakily!!! I have cancelled my order and requested a full refund of the amount they charged me. They first replied saying the added amount will be refunded.. I said no, I want to cancel the whole thing and receive a FULL refund.

Let’s hope I get my money back!
