The service is awful
The service is awful! The management does not respond to ANY queries of residents at all. As leaseholders we have been paying for window cleaning service as part of service charges for OVER a year now at Arden Gate and the windows have not even been cleaned ONCE although they should be cleaned quarterly. The entrance door has got a broken locker for a week now which leaves it unsafe place to live and an easy entrance for homeless and everyone to come in. Jamie a property manager does not respond to emails at all not even to mention that any action has been taken from his side in response to safety concerns or service provision. It honestly could not even be worse!
