The engineer was professional and prompt. He explained the problem with the boiler but there was a wait for parts to be ordered. Therefore a wait of three further days with no hot water.
The engineer came and fitted part but had to call him back within an hour as still no hot water. However he did return the same day to rectify the problem.

On ordering kerosene 500L last time as…
On ordering kerosene 500L last time as was advised on asking the price will be available later. Then they quickly delivered the oil before I changed my mind. Then found out it was 50% more! Not good way of doing business!

Great response from Certas
Certas were able to provide us with heating oil at a time when the Iran - US conflict had begun. The oil was delivered earlier than expected and Certas allowed us to spread the inflated cost of the heating oil (doubled in price) over the summer months, making monthly payments more manageable.

Crisis oil delivery
At a difficult time, this oil delivery was very welcome. Pricing was high due to the crisis but I felt the service was professional and handled well. Good communication overall, except when there was a few days delay. They apologised. Luckily we had not run out yet and the price certas confirmed before delivery hurt but we had no choice. Thank you for your system of invoicing the customer.
