Not received my order.
Ordered on Thursday 30th March, it’s 10th of April and still not received my order. Got an email to say my order was on the way with a tracking number. At the time that I checked I had 30 minutes (6:30pm) until my driver arrived. The time got down to 6 minutes away. The time kept going down and then going up by ten minutes each time. It got to a point where it no longer gave me a specific estimated time of arrival, and gave me a delivery estimate of “between 9:30pm-11:30pm. By this point I was just watching the driver on the tracking page, driving home to Milton Keynes while i was in Slough waiting for my order. Needless to say I didn’t receive my order.
The next day, I check to see if they are attempting to deliver my order, but says that they failed to deliver at 10:30 pm..
Luckily I took screenshots of the time changes each time.
Not impressed as needed this item for a customer.

Good Morning Kirsten,
Apologies for any confusion or inconvenience caused.
I can see that this order was placed and dispatched on Friday 26th of March via DPD and delivered on Monday 29th of March.
There is no record on your account of another order being placed with us after this order, and the tracking you describe above would be very unusual for the courier we use (DPD) as they would not normally operate as late in the day as the tracking you received, and they provide a 1 hour time slot as opposed to 2 hours.
Can you please provide us with more information regarding this to allow us to assist you? Or is it possible this is in regards to a different supplier?
