Professional, efficient, approachable.
We have a limited company and have worked with Chadwick's since 2018, as our business has grown they have been there to advise/support us to make the right financial decisions. With neither Directors having financial or accountancy backgrounds, working with Chadwick's has given us peace of mind that we are running our accounts in a proper and efficient manner. Overall, their service has always been professional and efficient and the staff are always approachable and friendly. We would (and have) recommend them to other business owners.
On Chadwick's recommendation, we now run our accounts through Xero software and we are glad we switched, Xero saves us so much time daily/monthly and makes keeping on top of everything (whilst also running a consultancy business) very easy. The initial training provided to us from a Chadwicks advisor was extremely helpful and helped us to get the best from Xero from day 1. The ongoing advice is readily available and we like how they can log in and help with anything we can't sort out ourselves.
Chadwick's also provide us with ongoing VAT advice (although we rarely have to ask any questions as Xero takes care of most transactions), deals with our personal tax returns and runs our monthly Payroll. We are a small business and value the service we get from all their departments/staff.

Christine O'Shea has been filling in on a monthly basis sorting out our Bookkeeping and VAT returns since our in house Bookkeeper had to leave us. Christine does a wonderful job always turns up when asked and her work is without fault
