we contacted anthony charles roofing on the basis of the excellent job they did re-tiling our neighbours roof, we booked an appointment with Anthony, he was punctual , professional and knowledgeable when he came to survey our leaking flat roof and skylight,
the following day he provided us with a detailed report
of the work that needed to be carried out.

After spotting their vans and googling i contacted Charles Roofing about a leak in my roof, they came out and did a free check also taking photos of what needed doing. They explained what needed to be done and said they would prepare a quote. When the quote arrived I was happy with the price so agreed for the work to be done. When they started taking the tiles of it turned into a can of worms with lots of rotten wood under plastic facias on edge of bungalow, after showing me photos and pricing it up they gave me a verbal price and I agreed to have the work done they also agreed to do it at the same time. I was surprised at the amount of work they actually had to do and after 2 full days the work was done. The guys were polite, courteous and respectful of my property and worked very well together, when a mess was made it was cleaned up as soon as possible. All rubbish was cleared away. I would definitely recommend this company and I am very happy with the work done.

Antony came around the same day that I messaged him. Within 24 hours, I had received the quote, which was very reasonable, and a day to start.
The work done was done to an exceptionally high standard, and once they had cleaned up, you wouldn’t have known that they had been there. The lads that did the work were polite, friendly and worked quickly.

Great work by Anthony and his team for doing the new leadwork and repair work for the gully.

We had a downpour of rain which exposed a significant leak in our bay window. I contacted Charles roofing and they came out the next day. Gave a very reasonable quote and got it fixed within 10 days.

I dealt with Anthony Charles who was most helpful and always answered his phone which as I am 100 miles away is a great bonus! Charles Roofing sorted out a chimney in need of repair and also attended to a worn gulley. At the same time they found some other issues that needed attention sending through photos and a quote promptly so I could make a decision. They completed all the work to a good standard and left everything clean & tidy

Anthony responded quickly to the request to quote to repair ridge mortar sections on my and my neighbour's storm damaged roof ledges. He quoted a fair price. His team fitted us in before Christmas and we were very grateful they braved the conditions, working up a high ladder. Left our property clean and tidy. So far so good despite the current high winds.
