Had a recovery Agent called Danny, absolutely brilliant. His flatback was spotless, he was timely, courteous and the care when loading my car was exceptional

Driver didn’t show up for booking. No contact and no response to messages. I had to cancel and find an alternative.

Nawaz came out to jump start my car on Easter Saturday for £40 - much cheaper than anything I could find elsewhere. Very friendly and efficient service, totally recommend.

Disgusting service
Disgusting service. No one answers calls or texts. Our car has been stolen since using cheap car recovery. Car was recovered and never delivered back home. No contact. Shocking customer service. Reported car stolen to the police! So upset- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

There is not responsible if something goes wrong.
The website act as an agency for self-employed people.
The driver damage the vehicle and did not take any responsibility even threatening me if I do not pay.
And on the website, there is not any way to contact them so they are not taking any responsibility as well if something goes wrong.

Waited for too long
Have asked them to arrange a recovery for my car for 6-7 pm. Have agreed the time slot. Then the agent told that the driver will come 8-8:30pm. Ended up waiting for the recovery till 10pm.
The driver was quite respectful and nice, however experience with the company wasn't very great. I understand that the drivers don't work for this company as their agents look for drivers, however the experience wasn't pleasant at all hence just 1 star. Driver on other hand deserves all 5 stars.
