Item sent very quick.
Item was sent out quick, however the phone was not answered after trying several times, emails appeared not to be working either but this turned out to be because emails had gone to the junk folder automatically. think some I.T help is needed to fix contact issues.

Good online identification tools, trouble-free purchase
I found the tips on the website really handy in identifying the correct door lock mechanism (an Avocet AVO352H2RSS) even though there were no markings on the original, and there is another type (AVO352HB) which looks almost identical.
The price for both the mechanism and keep was very good and delivered next day as promised.

Poor service
Tried to call and emailed regarding a next day delivery that eventually arrived 5 days later, they never returned any calls or replied to emails. Generally an all round poor service

Great service and prices
Didn’t expect great things, but — delivered within 24 hours, and the best price around. What’s not to like! I didn’t automatically receive tracking for my order, but when I emailed customer services I had a response 5 minutes later. Bravo.
