They held my prescription for several…
They held my prescription for several hours despite telling me it had been released to spine. I now don't have my prescription and all the contact center could tell me is I have to wait for someone at chemist 4u to process it.

Terrible business
Terrible business. I ordered critical medication on express delivery and 2 weeks later it has not turned up. Customer services teams days to respond and refuses to give me a proof of delivery or a refund.
They post saying contact us, well I have, 20 times now and it is still not resolved. Alfie is the worst customer services person I have ever dealt with.
