I ordered well over $300 worth of sweaters. Some haven't arrived after 2 months. And one is such terrible quality it is literally made of halloween costume material. And it's much harder to return this piece of trash. Be warned!

I have not ordered anything thanks to the reviews I saw an Pinterest should shut down all advertising for this bogus company!!! I am so glad I did my homework prior to ordering. I’m thinking twice about Pinterest as well!!!

I made a huge mistake too!!! I just received my pink wrap sweater. It is totally different than the one pictured!! It is a dull, ugly pink. Very muted color . It is not sweater ~ ribbed material. It is flimsy polyester material Not good quality at all!!! Please beware of these companies that just try and copy someone’s original~~ with horrible results!! I don’t even know how this is legal!!! Lesson learned. Do not order from this company !!!!! DQ- Pennsylvania

Well...I made a huge mistake. I ordered $199 worth the clothing from this place. Received them within 2 weeks but the quality and sizing were terrible for the price. Normally I am pretty diligent about reading reviews but for some reason I didn't this time. I was preparing to send 5 out of 6 items back but decided to read what other people had said. I am glad I did now. I will keep the items and save my money on return postage. Pinterest needs to remove this off their website. It's misleading and a scam. I also tried cancelling the same day of purchase but they also said they had already been packaged up and in "transit". Bunch of BS. You can go to pinterest and right click on the ad and report it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SUCKERS.!!! They are scams! I paid to return clothes I received that were nothing like advertised on their website and they never bother sending back my money. Nowhere will you find a phone number and if you write to them, they don’t reply. They just take your money and the hell with your satisfaction.

The worst company ever!! I’ve never been so disappointed in an order. I’ve order things that are cheap from cheap websites that look better quality than Chicnico. I thought I would actually spend some good money on some clothes instead of cheap places like I usually do. I think this is why I’m so upset, I was so excited to order and felt good about getting some better material clothes but it turned out to be the exact opposite!

Worst company ever!! If I would have known this was coming from China I would have never ordered. Total crap quality, wouldn't have worn to a halloween party. To return this junk it would have cost over $25 to send back to China and who knows if they would have ever credited me back. Not worth my trouble. I will donate to Goodwill fro someone to buy for $2 and wear at Halloween next year.

Terrible company. I ordered an item, it was a terrible quality and then spent more than half the cost of the item to send it back to CHINA! They never responded when I checked in and sent them tracking info and have completely disappeared. So not only did they get money for a item they now have back in their possession, I spent another $24 to send it back to them.

I really really wish I would have seen this before i ordered! Now I’m so scared I’ll never receive this order or get my money back! I spent $176! I haven’t received anything except of course from where they took my money!! I WILL be contacting my bank to file to get my money back. This is ridiculous. I found it through Pinterest and i hope they take down the ads for these scammers! So angry!

Products were falling apart - literally unravelling. Not I sized appropriate and the materials were inferior. When I went to return it the shipping was almost as much as the cost fo the goods, and the company didn’t not respond after that to consider alternative resolutions, despite my many requests. Truly my most disappointing online purchase!

Okay so I read the reviews after I made my purchase and I was terrified about wasting over $100. Shipping took longer than I would have liked. Maybe almost a month. BUT when my items came they were the ones I ordered despite other people’s experiences. So over all this is a positing experience. I do my fall shopping early so thank god even with the delay everything came in time for sweater weather. So if you have things in mind for Thanksgiving or Christmas I’d order it now. If its something you need soon for an upcoming event then i wouldn’t take your chances.

I wish there were a MINUS stars selection. Quite possibly the worst quality clothing that I have ever purchased. Cheap, cheap, cheap ~ Ill fitting is an understatement. I am going to try to have the charges reversed on my credit card as I know that there will never be a refund. Took two weeks to deliver from God only knows where overseas (which was not represented when I placed the order). BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST~ DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER FOR ANYTHING WITH THEM!!

I ordered 4 sweaters from this company..two of which were okay and two that were not. I mailed the over sized items back to China (which was about $25) and to date, 2 months later, I have not received a refund for the two returned items (about $80). There are no customer service reps who responds to emails, no contact phone number and no way to find out where my items or refund is. This is a gross company and I hope they get shut down for being dishonest, shady and trashy business people.

I ordered two swimsuits. They did not come in the time frame that I was given. They were extremely late. I emailed them, requesting to cancel my order. They told me the order was in transit and that it would come in soon. When I finally got them, they were not at all what was expected. Poor quality, not the same as the pictures, not real swimming material, not true to size in any way. Just complete crap. "You get what you pay for." I paid $60. I went to Walmart and got a cuter swimsuit, of better quality and for $12. Cool. I tried contacting the company, and the returned emails are pulled. I got the exact same email twice. I've tried calling, but I get no answer. I've since then, tried contacting them three more times and get no response whatsoever. I messaged on Facebook and they responded with the email to contact. I tried again and they haven't responded on there either... Worthless.

Ordered a dress over 2 months ago and it hasn’t been shipped. Tried to contact the company and they send an automatic response via Facebook saying thank you for contacting us, send an email, I then sent an email and got an automatic response saying the email can’t be delivered. Total scam. Thankfully I’m only out $30

I ordered two items from Chicnico company in December of 2017 and the items did not resemble the picture on their website. I sent several emails to the email address as posted on the website and never received a reply. I found the address of the owner who lives in Florida and sent several letters, but no response. This company is a SCAM! Please DO NOT ORDER FROM CHICNICO!

Appealing to the eye but truly a dishonest, unsafe, deceitful, and unreliable website. I have made three purchases before coming to this conclusion. My last purchase, placed on March first, has still not been entirely fulfilled and I caution anyone buying from this website. Upon contacting the company I was informed that my order has been shipped and should be received shortly. It has been three months. My daughter also made a purchase that has still not been fulfilled after two months. Unless you’d like to pay for merchandise that you will not receive, avoid this website. If you see an item you like, find it on a more reputable site. Chicnico should not be trusted.

Pictures and what you get are completely different
They seem to copy other clothing brand
The sizing is just not right
If you want a refund you need to pay for shipping back to...China !! It costs the same price as the value of the refund.
Stay away from them !!!!

The package has finally arrived! I'm so happy, I do not really care if they got the size wrong or things like that, as long as it's arrived. But for the review now I will describe my experience.

I was scared from the beginning for this online order, stupidly I have red the reviews of the site after buying. NEVER DO IT!!!
However, they have always responded to emails with constancy and cordiality, also seeming concerned the order of their delay. In theory I should have been able to follow the route of the online package, like on Amazon, but I've never been able to access this service via the web. So they told me what was happening; for example, they warned me of problems at the customs, which are very normal because the import packages are always to be checked carefully. Let's face it was a small order, I did not exceed 100 dollars, but they have worried anyway and this pleases me. I know other people have also been less fortunate with regard to communication.

Now regarding the products:
I bought swimsuits.
- The products are right, they are the ones I wanted.
- These come from China then lower quality.
- wrong size, patience I put them in the dryer to tighten them. I will not even try to send them back after all this journey.
- one of the costumes has a much more flamboyant color than the picture.
- unfortunately I have not yet been able to test them and see if they break on first use or if they resist, or if they are transparent when wet. So I still have to actually try them.
Overall they are very nice, but for the quality I would not order them again. But I did not find anywhere in the costumes made like that, so I'm pretty happy right now.

But I will not order anymore until these gentlemen put in order their society and responds for all their missing answear to those people who were fraud.

Do not order from this company- Order placed over 4 weeks ago. They took my money and now it has been "in shipping" since March 28, with a bogus USPS tracking number .
They do not respond to emails, messenger or text.

I am contacting Facebook and Pinterest to pull the ads..

I have filed a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

Beware!!

Update: They FINALLY contacted me AFTER I posted this review. They said they are an "overseas" shipper and sometimes customs holds up packages for inspection. They said my package is "on the road" and not to worry.
I will wait a few more days to see if the tracking number shows any movement .
So, lesson learned, don't buy from them if you need it fast, or at least before Christmas!
Update:
Order finally arrived .. no big surprise the clothing items are poor quality. Lesson learned!
