I decided I wanted to upgrade my copy of Condemed on Xbox 360. I found a copy on the Chillout games website. I looked at the pictures and description and knew immediately this was what I wanted.
The game arrived very quickly by free post. It was packaged extremely well so it wouldn't be damaged. The condition of the game was even better than the website said.
I use Chillout games a lot. The condition of the games is always at least as good as the website describes using pictures, often better. Always my first choice for pre owned games.
Simply the best site out there for pre owned goodies!!

Selling: they took a LONG time to check my games; and I have some issues with how they reduced the value to 2/3 of the initial quote; if you have quantity over quality i'd say it's okay; but I really wish I'd taken the time to ebay or investigate my options for collector items;

photo both you items - including case, inlets, booklets, disks and packaging - decent if you are in a rush, but I feel taken advantage of.

To be fair I was offered the option of the return of disputed items, free of charge and accept there is room for a difference of opinion on the condition of games and items which is why I recommend taking photos of stuff before it is sent.

Maybe I was being naive, but my experience is that the convenience of selling en masse did not match the value I got for selling and if I had taken photos I would have felt more confident in disputing or asking for a return.

An excellent store. I've been buying from Chillout Games for a number of years now. I've used both their ebay and website stores. All the games I've bought were well packaged. I've never had an issue with delivery. Their customer service is excellent. I can honestly recommend them.

I have been looking for Sonic Adventure 2 on Dreamcast for so long I almost lost hope.

When I came across Chillout Games Ltd I was a bit sceptical of the website. After looking up reviews that were very positive. I decided I would sign up to receive notifications when the game was back in stock.

I didn’t really think much about it as it said game was out of stock but due in soon. When I received the notification it was back in stock a few weeks later I jumped at the chance.

I finally got my game! The listing said the game was in very good condition but when I received the game it was in excellent condition. The disk, case and manual all looked brand new.

The game came well wrapped and said same day dispatch. I received the game the next day, super fast delivery.

I was so happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend Chillout Games Ltd to anyone looking for retro games. Best place for them and I will definitely be back!
