I would Highly recommend Chiltern marble to anyone who values customer service.
From the first time we visited and met Chris Collier to final delivery and installation on site, the service was above and beyond what is normally offered by most companies today.
Every member of staff we met during the process was friendly and helpful.
The installation guys were polite, considerate and worked to a high standard.

Myles and his team were fantastic from the very beginning right through to install. They took the time to source a suitable marble based on our specific preference and budget and they exceeded themselves.
We could not be happier.

It has been a pleasure dealing with Chiltern Marble to install our quartz kitchen work surfaces. The showroom had a wide range of stone and quartz for us to view, with several kitchen displays so we could consider finishing touches. The staff were very helpful in answeing our queries, arranging quotes and providing a sample of our seleted quartz for us to take and colour match.

The fitters were professional in measuring up the kitchen and efficient when fitting the surfaces, cleaning up as they went. We are very pleased with the final product. Thanks

Great customer service all round. Very good range of options. Myles gave us great advice about the best options for our kitchen worktops.

Our fitting was precise in their templating which resulted in a perfect fit and finish.

Highly recommend!

Great service. They went to the trouble of looking for a granite offcut to match (as close as possible) to our existing kitchen worktops and cut 2 addition pieces to fit our recent extension. All done very quickly. Most helpful - can't rate them too highly.

There was lots of choice at Chiltern Marble and absolutely no pressure to choose quickly. Staff were happy to provide quotes for several different options which we liked. The chaps who came to template and then fit the worktops were friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of our home. All in all we are thrilled and would highly recommend Chiltern Marble.

Just had Quartz worktops fitted by Chiltern Marble and they look stunning. From start to finish their service and craftsmanship has been excellent. The staff along with their communication was excellent guiding us through every step of the way from design, choosing the worktops to templating and fitting. Very happy with the finished tops and would definitely recommend Chiltern Marble to anyone.

Jake and Julie went above and beyond making our stunning tops for our kitchen happen in time during a difficult time for us. Thanks to all the team I would highly recommend them and appreciate all their help. Go for it!!

Chiltern Marble are one of our suppliers as we are a stove and fireplace specialist, so take various types of stone from them for hearths. They are a pleasure to deal with, very professional, skilled company and we can recommend them with no hesitation.

Avoid Chiltern Marble at all costs.

Chiltern Marble installed and tiled a shower/wet room for me. It wasn’t long before the shower started leaking through to the ceiling below.

Emails and calls to John Apetrei who coordinated the install for Chiltern Marble have been met with affront, and an inability to take ownership for his team’s poor workmanship.

It seems Chiltern Marble did not tank the shower properly when they installed it. There are areas of grout that failed early and as the tanking was not done correctly water leaks through the ceiling below and the shower is unusable.

I have also tried writing to Chris Ryan at Chiltern Marble but my emails have been ignored.

Competitive price. Great quality. Fabulous service with choosing our worktops and the fitting of them.

Excellent service. Chiltern Marble were the only company able to supply and fit a complex outdoor kitchen in time for the bbq season. It was a bonus that they were one of the cheapest quoting and that their service and communication was excellent.

We've just had a new kitchen installed, and today Chiltern Marble fitted the quartz worktop (grey starlight). I could hardly dare look once finished, so covered my eyes, and WOW it looks absolutely great. A big thank you to Chris who was extremely helpful, and the fitters today were superb. Highly recommend Chiltern Marble, very professional service. Richard and Carole Hulse

Have to say both customer service and workmanship is excellent.Staff were happy to help and keep us updated on the progress of our order . Respectful of our property on installation. The products are quality and look amazing . Would highly recommend Chiltern Marble . This is our second purchase with this company and on both occasions the service has been paramount.

A long overdue review but I did want to write to thank Barry and the team for their advice, patience and passion for what they do. Barry spent a lot of time helping me find the right granite and in all my dealings with him was always positive and enthusiastic. I was able to visit the showroom and lay out the templates on the actual slabs and the fitters did an amazing job and worked really really hard to get everything done on time. I am genuinely delighted with the result and have recommended you to everyone who was commented on a great job, you deserve it! thank you
