NOT the scam callers
Haven't actually dealt with this company - but wanted to put a review so people can see that this is NOT UK Choice - the people that call you a billion times a day and try and get you to confirm details with them. People are leaving 1* reviews thinking they are harassing them with calls. This isn't them.

It's a tale of woe I'm afraid
It's a tale of woe I'm afraid. The website indicates products with an 'order today for delivery by Thursday' statement but they actually don't appear to stock any products. In my case I ordered a set of toilet seat hinges and fixing plugs on 4th January. Email received confirming the order and minutes later a second email indicating they had no stock and expected to be re-stocked on 21st January. Ok not happy but willing to sit it out and wait. 21st January came and went, no updates received. Emailed 24th January for an update, no reply. Emailed again 31st January requesting a response that day. They emailed to say still no stock, expected 10th February. So I requested my money back and the following day they acknowledged receipt and indicated it could take 5-7 days to refund 'due to banking processes'. Funny how money was debited from my account on the 4th pretty efficiently. I'm not sure this is a serious business run in a serious way so I suggest don't waste your time.

Multiple calls over the last 2 days…
Multiple calls over the last 2 days starting as early as 08:00 in the morning asking me to answer 3 simple questions. I've told them I'm not interested but they keep on coming!

Nuisance, and never listen.
Phoned me twice a day, on either landline and mobile numbers. Always trying to get me to answer 4 really easy homestyle questions. Keep telling them, ‘take me off your list, I’m not interested’ they just hang up. I’ve now signed up for TPS. They can no longer legally call me.
They still are. I told them they’re now doing it against the law. Let’s see if that’s scared them enough.

Scam merchants steer clear
Scum of the earth is the only way to describe these. They just keep calling from different mobile and now landline numbers and won't stop.
They should be shut down and flogged. Keep a whistle by your phone and if they ring, use it.

Nuisance Calls
I too keep getting calls from this company and have asked them to stop calling- each time I get called from a different mobile number this time was 07863015883. I constantly tell them to take my name off their calling list- they do not listen and talk over me! Very annoying

I get repeated calls all day every day.
I block the number after each call but another mobile number then calls.

I have been receiving so many calls from this company lately its just absolutely annoying as i am tired of blocking off their numbers. Today i have asked how they have my details and they hung up. Absolutely disgusting companies selling customers details. Shame!

Constantly being phoned by different mobiles land lines that I have told to stop but they continue, calls started coincedently at same time as spate of scam emails. Reported to IOC

Persistent cold calls from Indian accent from a variety of UK mobile numbers .. although suspect it is an Indian call centre. It appears to be. Lifestyle survey but I don’t let them get that far. When challenged they often get abusive and hang up.
Reported to ICO, suggest others do the same so action can be taken
