I traveled to Europe this summer and bought some authentic incense smokers. I wanted to add something to my collection. The ChristKindl Market had a wonderful selection. A very fair price. And their shipping was expedient and well packed. They have the same pieces you see in Europe.

I was able to find the exact parts I needed. The website is easy to navigate. The shipping was fast, and I now have a working antique pyramid I purchased at a church garage sale. I have told my mother about your site. She has many German Christmas items and looks forward to being able to fix them.

The first fan assembly was too small for the pyramid it was going on and I have tried every way available to contact you about a return with absolutely no response either via the message system on the orders or via the sales@ e-mail...would be nice if you listed a phone number to aid in this process. It's like you don't want to be contacted...The products are excellent...the customer service is a 0.00.

I visited Germany last year and wanted so many souvenirs, but couldn’t get everything so I found this website recently and ordered a pyramid and I love it! It was shipped quickly and the quality looks just like the ones I saw in Germany. And they’re made in Germany. Highly recommend.
