Really annoyed with this company!! Placed my order on Friday 12th December at 10am, called them Monday 15th to be told it’s been allocated for delivery, still didn’t hear anything so called them Tuesday to be told again it’s been allocated, gave them until today (Thursday 18th) to then call and again to be told it’s been allocated and I probably won’t get it until next week. So I cancelled my order and will be putting up the old tree. Will never deal with this company again! Shocking service.

Beautiful tree delivered on time. Best tree we have ever had- better quality than from any garden centre near us.
Would recommend 100% and you won’t be disappointed.

The tree is exactly as the advert and exactly what I wanted. I was worried it wouldn’t come when I expected so I contacted customer service who responded very quickly and put my mind at rest making this a very good experience with this company

What an amazing company, delivery was fast and my tree which was a White Blue Ripple Effect Fibre Optic came in brilliant condition. Easy enough to put up and looked amazing. Very pleased with my purchase.

I love my woodland pine half tree I bought it to go into an alcove and you wouldn’t know it was half a tree . It’s full has tons of tips to hang decs. It was a great experience would recommend buying direct

I bought 2 different trees in January, with a July delivery date. Getting to the end of July I emailed to enquire and they were dispatched promptly.

The trees themselves are very good and arrived packaged well. They're easy to put up and look really good. The pre-lit one is especially good, with so many lights they really twinkle.

Everything was just as it should be from ordering the tree to delivery. I was even given an option on which week I'd like the tree delivered which was really helpful.
The tree is stunning and is exceptional quality - looks real! I may have to buy another one now!

Extremely pleased with our 7’ pre-lit tree, it looks so real and what we particularly like is that not only is there the option of having white lights or coloured lights but mixing both to give a pastel shade which is very classy.
The process of ordering and delivery was quick and faultless and when we found that the stand had a couple of the plastic end caps missing (not a big issue), I contacted the after sales team and they sent them in the post straight away. Excellent service!

I bought a Verde Pre lit Fir tree. It was so easy to put it together. It has lots of light and a lovely shape. Why have I been fighting with lights all these years. Packs into a smallish box..

7ft Arbor tree bought last Christmas delivered in July has promised. I love it beautiful tree excellent service. I would recommend them to anyone.

I bought a 3ft Cairngorm one which is perfect for inside my living room, even though it can be placed outside too. A pre-lit artificial tree which looks real and has a nice black pot - good quality.

Arrived in good time. Instructions were clear, once assembled, looks very realistic!

Probably the best artificial Christmas tree we have ever purchased.
We bought the 6ft pre-lit slim tree.
Very easy to assemble & requires very little fiddling with to make it look good.
The storage bag makes the unpacking & re-packing a breeze.
We also finished off the look of tree by purchasing the wooden surround for the base. (Looks perfect)
