Great customer service, I was greeted warmly on arrival, all staff were welcoming and friendly. I was given all information that I needed and all my questions were answered. I felt they wen above and beyond, I booked with April and she was amazing she really took her time and did not rush and she talked me through what she was doing and why which made my experience more relaxing. I also book another treatment with Alex an again she was amazing and she was confident and quick in what she was doing. I will definitely recommend and be back soon. Also the clinic was lovely and clean.

I absolutely loved my experience here Saturday! The clinic is beautiful, clean and the staff are amazingly friendly/helpful.
Went in for a consultation with Alex and as I was happy to continue with my procedure she was happy to perform it for me 💜 I felt at ease and comfortable the whole time!

I love the service I’ve gotten here, the salon is stunning, clean and beautifully decorated. I’m very happy with the results of my treatment - my face looks about ten years younger after having my 3 areas done. The clinicians are all so welcoming and genuinely nice women - I felt looked after and comfortable. I went back for my follow up today and randomly asked them to take a look at a lump on my face that’s been bothering me for about 2 years, they could have charged me as I was asking if I could book to have it removed and Alex and Emma said no let’s treat it now it won’t take two secs and it’s gone! I’m so relieved as I was quite worried about what it was. I completely trust them and will definitely be going back to see them very soon 💞 x

I had my first ever lip enhancement done with Emma, she was so lovely, made me feel comfortable and relaxed when I was feeling nervous. I was given loads of information regarding post aftercare. I was extremely lucky to not have much swelling and no bruising. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is considering any enhancement. All staff were welcoming and professional.

Had 0.5ml with April, she was lovely and so gentle!
my lips look the best they have ever looked and I have had numerous 0.5ml over the years. With April I had Minimal swelling, minima bruising and the shape of my lips are beautiful.

Amazing results ...I'm 46 and I feel and now look many years younger ...your face is key to this and I feel so happy with all my results every time I visit .... All from this very professional beautiful clinic ....thank you Ciao Bella !!

Very professional and helpful. Had multiple skin tags removed and the team took their time to explain everything to me including even removing a couple as a tester to see how I would react. Lovely that they check on you after the treatments as well which is very rare to find. Caring and they pay full attention to their customers. Couldn't be happier with the treatment I received.

Alex gave me a Non Surgical Nose Job which did not disappoint, in fact it exceeded my expectations.
Alex explained everything fully and put me completely at ease.
I had a scar at the top of my nose that made it look uneven and although to others it may seem small, to me it was a beacon of misery. The scar is no longer visible, my nose is beautifully straight and words just can't describe how much it means to me! Thank you so much!

Absolutely fantastic review with Emma. She was so happy and patient to answer my many questions on different treatments. Every member of staff is always so welcoming and friendly, on entering you are immediately put at ease. I feel it's worth adding that this clinic is seriously spotless, and with our current situation they are going above and beyond to ensure everyone's safety!

I had a mole removal done with the lovely Emma Yesterday and she made me feel at ease from start to finish. She was very bubbly and easy to talk to and She made sure to keep checking that I was okay before and during the procedure and made it clear what she would be doing before we started. The procedure was quick and painless, I have had no redness or swelling and just have a small scab forming on my face, I can’t wait to see the end result! I was given an aftercare sheet and a little sachet of cream to put on to the area and Emma also made sure to reiterate the importance of wearing spf to me and even gave me a small pot to take home when I said I didn’t have any. This is my second treatment at ciao bella and I now wouldn’t go anywhere else. I Would definitely recommend It to anyone thinking of having anything cosmetic done.

Couldn’t be more please with my experience at Ciao Bella!! It was my first time having my lips done and Alex made me feel so at ease. She knew exactly what I wanted and they look amazing! I was expecting it to be a painful experience but she was very gentle and I have barely any bruising!!! Will defiantly be coming back!!

Very very pleased with the service and results I've had from Alex, Emma and the ladies at Ciao Bella. I've been coming here for a couple of years now and I've always felt very safe and like they want what's best for me in terms of treatment. All of the ladies really know their stuff, such a large variety of treatments available some of which I didn't know existed! Don't be tempted to buy cheap treatments elsewhere because you will end up coming here to get them fixed. You won't be disappointed, thank you ladies.

So glad I found Ciao Bella! Visited today for the first time and had Botox in 3 areas. It was completely painless and April made me feel at ease throughout. I can’t wait to go back for some other treatments.
