Men den unge dame ville ikke hjælpe mig og sendte mig ud igen til standeren og bad mig trykke flere gange. Det ville stadig ikke virke og hun ville stadig ikke hjælpe mig. så bad jeg om at få mine penge igen, men det kunne ikke lade sig gøre. En anden sød kunde ville hjælpe mig og vi gik igen ud til standeren. Vi kunne stadig ikke gøre noget og så kom det en meddeles om at nu virkede koden ikke mere. Jeg gik igen ind i butikken og beklagede mig, men hun sagde bare at hun ville ikke hjælpe mig da der var en kunde i butikken. Jeg måtte så erindre hende om at jeg også var kunde i butikken, men mig ville hun ikke hjælpe. Så da jeg havde løbet ind i butikken 4 gange og bedt om hjælp og butikken havde stjålet mine penge , så kunne det måske være en god ide at få en uddannet butiksmedarbejder der ved hvordan man behandler kunder og ikke en stor skolepige. Kan ikke anbefale dette sted. Så brug cirkel k på Faaborgvej, der ved hvordan man betjener kunder og hjælper hvis det er problemer og udøver udvidet service.

I was a big circle k consumer until this morning I'm done with their stores, all of them this lady was so rude and disrespectful to me in front of other people. They have a promotion. Shelf tag clearly reads Slim Jim 1.00 with purchase of ANY size polar pop. I always buy the one in the plastic cup because their foam cups crack and split because I don't drink from a straw, and their foam cups rely on their lid not to split down the side. The slim Jim rings up 1.99. The lady who I presume is a manager is sitting on the floor cutting up boxes, and when the clerk asked her she said it's 45oz and less. I pointed out the sign days any size polar pop, to which she said "well I'm telling you now" and simply went back to cutting her boxes up, never even stood up to address me in her rude disrespectful fashion. Once she made her statement, she completely dismissed me to go back to cutting up her boxes. Also took place in front about four other customers that's infuriating and humiliating at the same time and therefore I will never step foot into a circle again when you are a business that there's a competitor on every single corner you need to sell your customer service because you're certainly not cheaper than anybody else so all you have going for you is your customer service and this lady here even though this doesn't represent Circle K has a whole she does represent Circle K's a whole because her business has their name on it. And they trusted her to represent their company, not stomp it into the mud with her mouth which she has no control of.
Even if the shelf tag specified the size like her mouth did, still no excuse. You have a customer with a valid concern, and I was actually being nice to her, and she has so little respect for me as a customer to even get off the floor and talk to me like a human being and not treat me this way in front of other customers.
If Circle K as a corporation condones this type of behavior then make a separate room where you can take a Customer and then just brow beat the heck out of them and they don't have to be humiliated in front of their fellow customers. Bye circle k!

Worst expierence I’ve ever had in an establishment. I have a problem with my heart and tried to stop to get a drink. Was after 12 so I had to order through the hatch. The cashier refused to get my drink because he had just moped the floor. Ridiculous and terrible service.

Ha de en meget kedelig oplevelse på circle k på mortorvej 685 i Vojens. Skulle have luft på mit en dæk på bilen, men i stedet for der kom luft i lukkede den luft ud i stedet, så endte med et fladt dæk. Var inden og høre om de havde en anden, men nej og de vidste faktisk godt den var i stykker, men det kunne de ikke gøre noget ved og de havde ingen som kunne hjælpe. En ualmindelig dårlig kundeservice, to unge ligeglade tøser som stod der. Måtte ringe til vejhjælp som kunne fortælle at der var ikke første gang han havde været ude til det samme problem. Håber virkelig ikke andre kommer i samme situation.

I use circle k any time I don't have time to make my own coffee. The Colombian and house coffee is my fave. I went this morning to get coffee and ended up taking my cup back to the store to exchange only to get the same watered down Colombian coffee as the first. I WONT BE BACK! They have gone the elcheapo way of service. As if people wouldn't notice!!

Jag försökte idag lösa in en Värdeavi på Circle K-sbeninstationen i Munkfors. Ägarna vägrade att betala ut beloppet. Circle K anges dock tydligt som utbetalningsställe. (På Ica gick det däremot smidigt efteråt).

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it is important to share my experience.

On 13 May 2026, I purchased diesel from Circle K Express Mullingar. Shortly afterwards, my vehicle broke down unexpectedly and had to be recovered by the AA.

The vehicle was only two years old and had been inspected by a mechanic just one week earlier, with no issues identified. It had been running perfectly before refuelling, making the sudden breakdown all the more concerning.

The AA Service Centre diagnosed a fuel-related issue, and repairs were required before the vehicle could be driven again. I provided the forecourt with the available documentation, including the AA report and the final repair invoice, and asked that the matter be investigated.

Instead of carrying out what I felt was a meaningful investigation or considering the evidence as a whole, my claim was rejected because I could not provide laboratory analysis of the fuel—something that an ordinary customer is unlikely to be able to obtain following an unexpected roadside breakdown.

I cannot state with certainty what occurred at the pump, but I can say that my vehicle went from operating without issue to becoming undriveable immediately after refuelling. The experience left me with repair costs, considerable inconvenience, and a great deal of disappointment with how the complaint was handled.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this forecourt nor Circle K in general. I hope the business reviews similar complaints more thoroughly in the future and gives customers the benefit of a fair investigation rather than dismissing claims based on evidence that is, in practice, extremely difficult for a customer to obtain.

Circle k Balrothery. I have just seen the manager of the shop clap and shout at a man like a dog accusing him of not paying. The manager of this shop seriously needs to be put on a customer service course on how to treat people. Shes an embarrassment to the shop. Absolutely disgusting. Shame on circle k.

The Circle K stores here in Ruston, La. aren't really clean & the drinks are flat.

Hey corporate, look at your lousy reviews. Thankfully wherever you are located there is competition nearby that l will patronize after the frustration that you provided to customers
