Top marks for speed of service!
However the information on these states that a 9.8x6.0cm card will fit snugly into the pouch. I found this size will not fit in snugly or otherwise. The maximum size I can insert is 9.2x5.8cm.
Fortunately found this on trial sheet, so not too inconvenient.

Outstanding customer service!
I saw the wine glasses I needed on the website and ordered them. I was expecting delivery in a few days but they arrived next day. Unfortunately one was smashed, but a quick email and the replacement was delivered within 48 hours. Professional and efficient. Will definitely use this company again.

Sent the wrong watch winder
Sent the wrong watch winder order a double winder and got sent a single one . How long will I have to wait now for the right one and an answer to my email.

Goods were broken on delivery and after emails to CKB I heard nothing back. However, it seems there was a glitch in the 'ether' and I didn't receive their reply. All has now been sorted: thank you Clive ;0)

Customer relations are alive!
This is the first time i have used CKB.
I ordered some 8mm cuff link blanks and they unintentionlly sent me 10mm blanks.
One quick phone call and the issue was resolved. An apology and explanation - appreciated. Correct ones in the post today and just keep the incorrect ones - no returns, no hassle just outstanding service and in this day and age that is something that is becoming rarer.
CKB now have a firm customer for the future and one who will recommend them at that.

Fantastic personal service
Thank you to CKB. I had to take over an event and needed lanyards for the next day. I rang them (number easy to find on their website), got a human being within 4 rings and he assured me I was buying the right things and which button to press on payment so that I would get them guaranteed delivery the next day. They arrived the following morning and all was a success. Very pleased and happy. Lovely friendly people at CKB who know what they are doing. Very impressed and reassured.
