Absolutely love the Pier
Absolutely love the Pier, loads of rides for the kids to enjoy and not to expensive also allows younger children somewhere to play because of the new soft play area where you can sit and watch your children play the whole time they also got a free meal and drink which was lovely, can’t complain we had a great day out.

Your email has been forwarded to the Office by Mr Brown, however, he is correct in replying that on the date in question the rides were shut for a period of time due to the inclement weather conditions. These were then opened again and unfortunately we would not be in a position to offer you a refund upon these circumstances.
I am sorry for any inconvenience caused but this is clearly stated in our terms and conditions upon booking.
