Currently deep into restoring a 1970 Triumph T100T, which means I’ve been ordering parts like it’s my second job. Classic Bike Shop have been consistently brilliant.

Parts arrive fast (usually next day or the day after), packed properly, and exactly as described. You can tell this is a company that actually understands classic bikes and the people keeping them alive.

Customer service deserves a special mention. When I accidentally placed the same order twice thanks to a website hiccup, I got a friendly call the next morning:

“Guessing this was an error — shall we refund the duplicate?”

Refund hit my PayPal instantly. No drama. No scripts. Just common sense and good people.

The only reason this isn’t 5 stars yet?
The website can be a bit slow and occasionally glitchy — which honestly feels very on-brand for classic bike ownership. If it was running perfectly, I’d worry it wasn’t authentic.

Once the site gets a bit of modern tuning, this is an easy 5-star outfit. Until then, I’ll happily keep ordering and pretending the loading wheel is just part of the vintage experience.

Highly recommended — and that fifth star is waiting patiently. 😉

Consegna veloce ma il prodotto (fanale e portatarga) non era assolutamente adeguato. Ho provato per due volte a contattare per reso/sostituzione Classicbikeshop ma senza ottenere risposta.

I have purchased a few things from CBS, the latest being a full Aluminium Pannier and Top Box set for my Adventure bike, the quality for price I really rate highly, fast delivery and superb packaging however what impressed me even more was the outstanding service I received and teleconversations with Mike and Archie.
Mike with great patience discussed a complicated and lengthy query with myself on telephone, resolved my query and supported it with a very helpful action. Then to conclude this action, in Mike's absence, Archie finalised and closed out the resolution in a most friendly and efficient manner.
This team at Classic Bike Shop are top guys and have time for their customers and you get to talk to Humans on the phone-well done gents, keep up the good work and keep down the prices!!!!!

Ordered several items Sunday and arrived Wednesday morning,excellent items great prices and fast delivery.superb all round service many thanks.

Ordered motorcycle surflex plain clutch plates through EBay, unfortunately when the plates arrived and opened, one of the plates is rusty (I’ve have photos) three of the plates had machining groves, and they were not surflex plates, cheap copies and much thinner than original clutch plates, this so called classic bike shop will slowly destroy there own business needless to say plates were returned wasting my time and and fuel costs to the post office which is a small matter in reflection this should never have happened, these people are thugs thinking they could get away selling spare parts though the web in the hope that people will not take any action against them, business for them will slowly demise and his children will suffer in the future.

Highly recommended. Paid extra for next day shipping...and received the next day. Thankyou.

The only negative was that I never received a confirmation email for purchase. But I did get one to say it was being shipped.

Bought the inexpensive but well manufactured and finished Universal Short Chrome Megaphone Silencer end-cans, which are widely available, but as far as I can tell Classic Bike Shop are the only ones offering them with the perforated inner tube and baffle, allowing some control of the loudness and sharpness of the exhaust note, whereas other cheaper versions are hollow. Recommended.

I bought an exhaust that didn't even nearly fit.
Then I bought a seat and the fixing holes were nearly 20mm out and that was also advertised as metal base which was plastic.
Offered money back but that's not the point.
Stuff isn't fit for purpose.

A mistake was made by this company but was quickly and very fairly rectified by them. I would reccomend them .
