Actually I couldn’t drive the car because they received it damaged from the previous customer, but they announced me a day before, which is fine. It isn’t their fault..
The communication was great, very fast replies on the mail and they returned me the money back in no time.

At first like any others I was sceptical reading bad reviews, how easy it was to book a vehicle but, I was emailing and having phone conversations with Andy, he was friendly and very helpful and although the vehicle I wanted wasnt available, he spent all day looking for an alternative and when he wasnt able to he transferred the money back into my account within 10 minutes.
All these people writing fake reviews need to stop the company is 100% legit.

Car unavailable after we wire rental amount, but refunded without any issue!
Booked a car and wired money as per invoice that was emailed to us by Andrew Brown. As a reply we received a mail from Andrew saying that unfortunately the car we have chosen was not available anymore. A couple of alternative cars that we asked about weren’t available, so Andrew said we could either change rental dates or ask for a refund. We requested a refund and received it in full 4 days later via bank wire.
I confess that we were worried as we read 1 star reviews here on Trustpilot mentioning issues with deposit or cancelled rentals refunds. Luckily in our case the refund process was smooth. Thus 5* review. Thank you Andrew!
