Been ordering these letters since Dec 2016 for my boy, started with their 1st Christmas one in 2016 when he was just 6 months old to present. after looking at several different letters and being disappointed i found this company on Facebook and it was by far the best, the letters are such a high quality and beautifully presented, i love the fact that you can really personalise it with things they have asked for,names of their friends and achievements etc. They have such a wide choice of paragraphs to pick from making each letter unique. It's a joy to see his face light up opening the letter he loves the wax seal, all the gold detailing and he loves it when he gets the good behavior certificate and pin badge. the price is well worth paying for its authenticated look, unlike those cheap generic ones. loved this year's letter and will be kept in his keep sake box with the others can't wait to see what paragraphs you bring in 2026 and look forward to ordering again.

I’ve been ordering letters from Classic Santa for 9 years now. They’re a highlight of our December every year. They’re well written, stunningly presented and a beautiful keepsake too. They really add to the magic of Christmas as our elf brings them each year.

Ordering and delivery has never been an issue for us. They’ve always arrived promptly except for this year which has been a long running issue with our sorting office. Not Classic Santa’s fault at all yet the letter still arrived on time. I’ve ordered quite late in December in previous years and they’ve still arrived in time for the big day.

Our daughter loves looking at all the little details in the letters; the post marks on the envelope, the gold embossing and I love the wax seal too.

I’ve not seen anything that compares to these. Thank you very much!

They do a lovely job - has become an annual tradition for the overgrown child in my life. The lovely quality letter is always enjoyed, the badge proudly worn and the certificate prominently displayed. I’m sure the service is equally good for actual children! Happy to recommend.

For the last 10 years I have ordered a Santa letter for my little girl. She has had one every year since her first Christmas and it’s been a lovely tradition. She loves how personal it is and can’t believe Santa knows all about her life! I love this and even though this will be our last year of believing, I will continue to get her a letter until she has children of her own and will then pass the baton on. It’s made our Christmas tradition so special!

Absolutely stunning Santa letters. I’ve ordered them every year and they just keep getting better each time. The quality is amazing, they always arrive on time and my kids are so excited to read them.

We have used Classic Santa for the past five years and as my daughter’s birthday is Christmas Eve, they have always gone above and beyond to amend the text to make sure Santa knows she’s close to her next birthday!
Communication has always been fast and the quality of the letters is something out of Lapland experience. I can’t recommend highly enough!

Have used Classic Santa the last two years for Santa letters for my Granddaughters. I really cannot fault them. Last year I gave them the incorrect address, but they could not have been more helpful in reprinting the letter and sending to the correct address, resulting in a very happy little lady.

I will definitely be using them again next year.

I've been using Classic Santa for more years than I can remember.
The ability to customise the letter is wonderful. Plus the little things like the Nice list badge and certificates etc are a really nice touch.
I think my favourite was Mrs Claus' cookie mix to bake at home.
I tried others before finding Classic Santa, but they're not a patch on it.
Everything from the envelope, the paper, right down to the wax seal on the envelope feels like a quality product.

The letters from Classic Santa have become such an integral and important part of our Christmas tradition and have contributed to many happy Christmas memories. They are the highlight of our grandchildrens Christmas.

The BEST letters. We've ordered for the last 8 years and we've never had any problems. Quality letters (arriving on time - every time), the letters have become a family tradition - opening the letter and reading it on Christmas Eve.
Seeing our child's face light up when opening and reading the letter - it's so magical. A family tradition that will continue for many more years we hope! It's a beautiful family keepsake - something to be treasured.
We had tried elsewhere initially but we were disappointed in the quality, however - since using 'Classic Santa', we never worry about the quality. We know that Christmas Eve will be 'extra special' when we open the letter from Father Christmas.
