Classic soccer locker  Avis 71

Placed my order some time ago and still not received. Ordered for my grandsons birthday, no tracking number provided, no response to emails and order still not received. Giving it a few more days or I'll need to contact my bank to retrieve funds and report to the fraud unit.

As others have mentioned, this is not a bona fida website. Fake tracking number (doesn’t correlate with Royal Mail), took over a week for someone to come back.

I have raised a S75 chargeback. Save yourselves the hassle and steer well clear. The positive reviews cannot be an accurate reflection.

i ordered a shirt but it was actually decent

Appalling communication or should I say no communication at all.

Order placed 11th December. Delivery was attempted when I was off for Christmas. Hasn’t been attempted since. Have emailed on numerous occasions and had no response.

Is this what you do when you have customers money? Don’t follow through with the order?

Hope this initiates a response.

Really happy with my purchase which was for a friends birthday. Made the most of the free customisation. YES I had to wait a while for the shirt to come through but the website is very open about this so purchasers should bear this in mind. Great quality shirt that came through.

I have just had a shirt and the letters are not stuck on , I asked for help to correct or refund and they reply I have 8 days to return but any water damage etc cannot be processed?

I am still trying to find out if I can get some further help and they have not replied , I will keep posting to get support as the statutory rights are not straight forward will continue to post update as the shirt is not very good ?

Great quality shirts. I had accidentally ordered the wrong size, emailed CSL and had a quick response to say they had changed it over. Received my order within 2 weeks. Very happy with the service.

Ordered shirt on 14th Dec - now the 29th and no sign. Emailed and response was that it states on website that delivery is 7-15 working days. Also stated that there were postal strikes. Told it would arrive by 10th Jan, 4 weeks after order date. Why so long?? I ordered items from other companies on 20th Dec and delivered on 23rd by Royal Mail. Won’t use again - dispatch time far too long, which unfortunately I didn’t notice at time of ordering.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered 2 of the mystery shirt boxes November 2021 and nothing was ever delivered. I've been continually trying to get in contact with them to have my order fulfilled but have never received a response. Have been trying to get my money back from them for about a year now. Do not buy from them, money robbing company.

The shirt was a large but fit like a small. I wouldn’t buy from here again, impossible to wear now

Super efficient, great quality for money, and will whatsapp over pictures of the shirts before they send them to double check they're ok! We now have four in our office and wouldn't use anyone else!
