Clearwater Plumbing & Heating Avis 

Completed my elderly parent’s bathroom recently. Poor itinial communication between head office and the on-site team led to the job starting two days late and now that snaggings have been highlighted, repeated emails and phone calls have been ignored. That’s just poor aftersales service for fixes that would probably take minimal effort. I’ve heard this is a reputable, family-owned business so I’m sure someone will want to chat further about this and get it resolved.

Fantastic experience from start to finish, I truly can not recommend this company highly enough.

We wanted to change out several old radiators and upgrade our radiator valves. No issues from quote to completion. Paul called in within a few days of the initial call, gave helpful advice and provided a detailed quote. We were given a range of start dates and despite us chopping and changing, Paul was flexible and accommodating. Job took 2.5 days, the house was left clean and tidy each day. Very happy to recommend and we will have no problem using again.

Very rude customer service!
Tried calling to book in a service, a man called back to say he has had missed calls, and asked if I was a sales call. I said no and we currently have some work that needs doing at one of our homes. He then accused me of being a sales call and didn't want nothing to do with me and hung up. Very rude way of dealing with a customer and wouldn't recommend if you want a pleasant experience.

Paul is honest and very experienced. He has excellent customer skills and is totally reliable and trustworthy. He does not cut corners and does a thorough job. He explains exactly what needs doing and how much it's going to cost. He is very busy but worth waiting for.

Brilliant service from Paul, attended within a week of my call (surprising this time of year!). On time, very friendly guy and checked our system thoroughly. We moved in early December and any amount of juggling our underfloor wasn’t working. Replaced 17yr old boiler at a very reasonable cost, replaced flow
meters which had all failed and now have an excellent system running a lot more economically. Good communications throughout, very tidy and professional install, couldn’t fault this company!
