Disgusting company to deal with I’m on benefits & I got told yea no problem we can get you in a car , first they lied about my income, then I got my car it had been in a accident as the wing was out of line with the door , the heated front screen didn’t work, & the paint on the front bumper & wing & door was full of white blotches, they changed it for me to an astra which was worse than the previous one, air conditioning didn’t work, service light kept coming on clutch was on it’s last legs it was of course an X rental car , I eventually told the company to pick it up I’m not paying the £300 a month for a pile of crap , unfortunately I got left with a £10.000 bill

do not buy from here. Brough a nissan micra from there, apparently the MOT passed a month before I brought it but as soon as I did buy it, I took it to a garage to get the indicator fixed, turns out it shouldn't be on the roads and the mileage was clocked back. So mad, completely destroyed my first time car experience and now i've payed for tax and insurance which I haven't got 100% back. The only good thing I can say is that they gave me my money back. Still not good enough

They conned me into paying 15k for a car that is barely worth 5k Nissan Juke 10 plate, my advice is do not order or buy from these guys you're better off going elsewhere or buying separately an older car not on finance because I'm halfway through paying the 15k for this car which was fault and I had to invest into getting fixed and repaired after they said they would swap it and then offered me a dirty uncleaned vehicle which they knew i would not accept and would stay with the one they gave me 2 more years to go my advice to anyone do not in your life settle for these Loans they're there to just rinse your finances and keep you in debt

They went through great lengths to get me this car which included falsifying documentation to show to the finance company saying I had more income than I actually had by creating payslips from companies I never worked for and making false bank statements, this put me on edge for getting the car and they said that it was something they do frequently. Luckily I have managed all payments for the car to date no problems but these people are heavily involved in fraud

WATCH OUT CAR SELLERS ON AUTOTRADER, a man from Click Car Credit contacted me, pretended to be a private buyer, arranged to come and view my car, sent 2 strangers from Click Car Credit to view my car, i wondered what an earth was going on, they said they wanted my car and the funds will be transferred the next day and they will collect the vehicle the next evening. money never came and they refuse to take my calls, SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have the car about 2 months and the roof is leaking on the convertible. Called click car credit who said they would sort this out for me waiting a week and don't know where I said. Staff I speak to are rude and unhelpful. Been calling everyday.

I took my daughter for a car today and the salesman alex was very polite and helpfull, he took us for 2 test drives on the cars she liked and explained every thing every step of the way and helped her get a car she loves in her price range we will be back for the next car thankyou.

I had struggled to find finance and a car that I liked after shopping around for a long time. I eventually found the guys at Click Car who couldn't have done more to help me. I ended up getting the car that I wanted at a very affordable price and they put absolutely no pressure on me at all. I felt like they genuinely cared that I got what I wanted rather than trying to force me to buy what they wanted to sell like lots of other places.

After dealing with several companies i found click car credit to be genuinely helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me get my new car - which i love! They went above and beyond, would highly recommend to anybody.

Had great service from these guys and I absolutely love my car! They went over and above to quickly sort out a couple of problems that came up during the sale. They even picked me up from the train station! Would definitely reccomend.

clickcarcredit is a big SCAM they do whatever it takes to get you too sign because they know full well every few months they go out of business... then start trading again meaning if you go back with a serious problem no one cares as they just say the company you bought the car from was a different company thereby washing their hands of any responsibility to your vehicle and contract leaving you paying at least double vehicle value with no rights big fat loophole scam fob you off on phone dont answer emails WHAT THEY DO SHOULD BE ILLEGAL

Traveled all the way from Birmingham to see them signed me up in a contract with a 300 pound deposit only to recive a call on the due day of deliver saying the car was un road worthy ... then to fix the problem said they would buy me in a new car ... all well and good until ... you guessed it the car magically needed a new engine but the car I was previously told was in road worth was somehow available again ... very very poor full of false promises they don't care when you want something from them reece should reassess his customer service tactics as he thinks it's acceptable to condescend and laugh when asked questions he appeared to have no answers for ... i then managed to call the garage they planned to buy the new car off and the man who was very pleasant assured me the car was fine and also put me intouch with zuto who managed to get me finance for a whole 2000 pound less than what I was told was minimum ... absolute joke steer clear of possible ..

Only enter into a contract with this company if you are a fan of false promises and rude staff. We were told we would be given a car, rushed through the sales process and a £300 deposit taken and told the car would be delivered to us. Lo and behold, a week and a million excuses later, still no receipt of car and actually a message to say that we couldn't have that particular car. The company were aware that I am heavily pregnant and still messed us around, stalling the car purchase process for us. They then promised us another car, got all our documents signed and then what do you know? The day before the car was due to be delivered, a snivelling text message stating that the car needed a new engine. All of the staff have been incredibly rude and vile . We still haven't had our deposit back despite me chasing it every day (additional stress I don't need when I am pregnant) and they didn't cancel the agreement with the finance company - I had to ring and do it. Disgusting conduct and staff. The establishment should be shut down.
