I’ve been sent a few items to review so it’s alright. You have to be quick as they get filled up really quickly! They send you email reminders to do the review which is helpful so I guess overall it’s good.

If selected you get sent products to test which you get to keep. Most of the ones I've been sent have been full sized. There is no branding but occasionally you can work it out. I would prefer to have the details of what I've tested so I could buy them but sadly that currently doesn't happen

I have been part of click research for a while and have test a number of different products mainly on my 6 month and 3 year old. I have had zero adverse affects and enjoy trying out different bits. I would like to be included in more of the adult research study’s which I don’t seem to see at all

I have had only positive experiences so far with them. Legit company. The only downside you do not know what you are reviewing, I.e. brand, name, but ingredients are always clear and upfront.

Really prompt delivery and good options for the whole family. Family members are managed through one account which is really helpful. Good selection of products to try. Only down side is you don’t have the option to find out what the products are if/when they’re released.

I love Clicks Research. They are so easy to engage with and the products to test are always top quality and fabulous.

It's great when you can get on trials but they fill up so quickly. Managed to do one and my teenage daughter has done one too. Only downside is they do not send a reminder to complete the survey. You get an email a day or so later saying that you are late in completing. Some trials go on for a couple of weeks or more so a reminder in the day would improve the experience. Good instructions are sent out on what to do when and the surveys are straight forward to complete.

You can sign up for this and after you enter all your details and if you match products you will get an email from them inviting you to test those products for free which they send to your home. There is no charge for anything and all they want is feedback. I've had quite a few things from them ranging from make-up and moisturiser to washing capsules and cleaning products. Excellent company.

The process for testing is straightforward and communication from Clicks Research is great!

I've had some amazing opportunities through this website with some high end products to test in return for a short survey. Even the press survey is short and to the point and your find out instantly if you are selected or not.

Really good experience. Been with click research for many years now. I have been involved in loads of testing of products. No marketing just a very professional company.

I have been approached for a variety of interesting studies and have enjoyed using the products. The Clicks Research website is easy to navigate and signing up to studies is relatively easy.
You do have to be quick off the mark to enrol on some studies, as they can fill up very quickly. Overall, positive experience.

Great company,you answer a forn off all your favourite products,then you are pre selected for some great products all free post and packaging ......also products for children....hiring a few months iv been able to recive face creams,shampoo,moisturiser,bubble bath and creams for young ones brilliant company,wish all testing sites where as great as this......thank you

I get regular trials and often known brands. I just wish the brand I received was disclosed as many I have wanted to continue using but the packaging in unmarked.
