Click Research is a fantastic Market Research company. It’s great to feel like my opinions and my thoughts on different items are listening to with the fantastic range of different products that are available to test from them.

Excellent system and feedback tools.
Would like to be accepted and invited to more studies :)

Tried and tested some great products with Clicks Research. Highly recommend the company. Very proofessional.

I love being able to test new products and give my honest opinions, I have received some fabulous beauty products to test over the years, the questionnaires are simple and easy to fill out.

So easy to register.. once you entered all your information you will be sent emails on products that suits you.. you then can choose to test the products and after you just give an honest feedback on the product.. so genuine and honest this company is.. I absolutely love it.. so much variety of things to test.. I would highly recommend this company.. one of my best ones.. been with them for a few year now..

This is a very good idea to allow for product testing. However, you need to be so fast once you receive your email for any participation as they fill up so fast it is in a first come basis until the study is full which more than often it is even before my email is opened. I have been selected for a few products to which I will always give my honest opinion for feedback, whether this was a good or bad experience. Whereas some people think they have to love absolutely everything to be chosen in the future this often gives false results! My only issue is that you can never find out the product you test and in some cases the product is amazing and would definitely buy it if we knew what it was! It would be great to let participants know at the end of the trial what the product was and if it was going to market or once it hits the market then an email to let you know then. It’s important to always update your profile which does take time, and possibly the most regular users get to try electrical products as only the other day an email was sent for hair straighteners, but the study was full as I opened the email within seconds. I will keep going hopefully waiting for some better products to test instead of misery serums and lipsticks.

Thanks to the MSE team for advocating clicks research, I’m so pleased I joined up enabling me to be able to trial a wide variety of products and give what I hope to be meaningful feedback.
My only wish is that I would’ve found clicks research sooner.

I like having the opportunity to try new products without the bias of brand names. So far I’ve taken part in a surveys for many different types of products ranging from skincare to hair care. The surveys are always nice and easy to complete and I am always given reminder emails which is nice.

The studies fill up really quickly but are well matched to my profile. The products are in plain containers but some are clearly of great quality.
Email correspondence is very good and instructions are clear.
The questionnaires are easy to complete.
I really like being an active member of this company. Highly recommended!

It’s great when you can get on a study, but they usually fill up within minutes of the email going out.

I like being able to try out new products.

I found the latest trial, false toenails, a bit underwhelming, as the instructions for use were almost nonexistent. Not sure it allowed me to properly test the product.

Also, the final questionnaire for most tests is a bit of a blunt instrument (which I guess is used for the stats we see in ads, e.g. “93% of users found…”. It would be great to have the opportunity to give more feedback other than the “adverse reaction” option.

I've taken part in a few studies and tests from clicks research. The products are always a great match as you do a pre selection survey so you don't get sent something you won't use or have no interest in. I love that I get to test products for free all I have to do is write a detailed review. I've had some great products from lip gloss to a night supplement. Products are always posted out quickly and the questionnaires are simple and easy to navigate.

Very good company, very reputable. Great surveys and products.

Been signed up around 2 months and as soon as I completed all the questions I was chosen to participate immediately.

I have sampled moisturises, a hair mask and an eyebrow pomade so far, all delivered via Royal Mail.
It is easy to participate, the online platform updates when you need to fill out the questionnaire or emailed to be reminded. This makes the process easy to keep up with.
