Hice el pedido de estantes giratorios para la cocina en marzo de 2021, ORDER #CB3446,
y a la fecha no he recibido ni el estante ni la devolución del dinero. Hasta julio 21 de 2021 me dieron contestaciones con falsos compromisos que a la fecha no fueron cumplidos, a partir de allí no volvieron a responder a pesar que enviado un sinnúmero de correos.
Es una ESTAFA, donde se denuncian para que se frene a estos dueños de lo ajeno.

I purchased the 4 tier rotating shelves earlier this year, never received, requested a refund, they sent an update shipping information and would refund if I wanted. I requested the refund and never received it.

Purchased the Multilayer Rotating Kitchen Shelf at the end of March and 3 months later and a few emails to their customer care and I have just opened a case in the Paypal resolution centre which I hope they will be able to sort out. I have purchased from china before and never had a problem, even though at times I had to wait a couple of months for my purchase. This is a scam so stay away.

I also ordered the rotating shelf thing. Didn’t come, instead I received an elastic band. Contacted them for a refund, they took too long so I opened a dispute. All of a sudden they responded and begged me to close the dispute and told me it was an accident. I closed it in good faith and instead of the €40,29 i paid, I received €0,90! They said it would take time for the excess amount to arrive (14 businessdays) but those are already finished and they stopped responding. Time to call Paypal.

I ordered the rotating shelves in February. I am still waiting. I have been in contact with the company and exchanged a number of emails. When the item hadn't arrived by April I contacted them and was told shipping takes 2-6 weeks. When it hadn't arrived by May I was told it was 'stuck in customs' and when it hadn't arrived by June I was told it was an 'unforseen issue resulting in a shipment delay'. They have told me they are sending it again but I'm not holding my breath.
The physical address which appears on their emails doesn't appear to exist. They are allegedly in Florida but whoever sends their emails doesn't seem to have a great command of English. This company should really not be allowed to trade. Thankfully I paid with PayPal so I will be taking the issue up with them.

I ordered rotating kitchen shelves on April 14 for $45.90 and I received only on May 17 une small plastic pocket with a really small box of gold glitters !!!!! Time to ask a refund to Paypal !!! this is a SCAM !

I also ordered the rotating shelf stand 2 months ago. I have contacted them 3 times. They answered the first time with "it has reached the country of destination. It is currently in customs." In customs for 2 months? I have asked for a refund twice now and haven't heard from them. Guess it is time yo go to PayPal for a refund. By the way, they took my money 2 days after putting in my order.

I have failed to contact this company after buying some rotating kitchen rack 10 weeks ago!!! So angry with them and I advise please don't buy anything from them. Scam😡😈

I ordered multilayer rotating kitchen shelf four weeks ago. Today I received small package displaying the same tracking number, which was a piece of rubber!!!
That rubber cost me 34.78 pounds!!! going to contact paypal for refund.
If you want to truck your parcel they want you to use
an app which requires access to your email messages. Stay away.

There are so many companies offering this item for similar prices.
I ordered back in March, told it had been dispatched then nothing until a small plastic package arrived, displaying the same tracking number, containing a small hand towel. This is so they can show receipt of an item.
I've raised a query with PayPal and requested a refund.
These companies register in the USA but are all Chinese.
This item is listed on Amazon for around £200, which is the other extreme....

Placed order for vegetable rack on 3/4/2021. Have had no shipping updates either by email or text. Tried to email the support number in the email twice and twice it came delivery failed. I'm going to file a claim with Paypal.

Placed order on 20th Feb for black rack not sure if its the same as previous comment. Contacted them and was advised it has been shipped. Tracking shows put on aircraft in China on 6th March, no movement since then. No answer to recent email. Tend to agree maybe scammed.

6 weeks after ordering my vegetable rack and I'm still waiting. The links on my receipt email fail to go through to them and I'm beginning to think I've been had.
