This casino is a joke and more than likely a scam. I tried cashing out my winnings but first thing they say that I have to verify my information, which when I do of course it wasn't right, not acceptable form of identification. After literally 5 or 6 Hours going back and forth with the representative it finally gets approved. I sent the same identification every time. Low and behold after several hours I am verified. I submit my cash out and I received an email stating that my 11 dollar cash out was approved. That was not right I had a cash out for 106 dollars. When I contacted customer service they tell me my cash out was denied because I won it on too many no deposit bonuses in a row. I am so mad right now they made me do all the extra stuff for nothing! I didn't receive an email, no message nothing stating it was denied. I got the 11 dollars tho. Well 10 of that was already mine because I spent 10 verifying my account to get the cash out. I would not recommend this casino for anything it's a waste of time and money. They aren't clear about the process and the requirements for their cash outs. Made withdrawal request of $250 on april-27-2024after $10 deposit 4 days prior. 5/04/24 after spending over an hour with live agent in chat on site i have photo evidence of these events and yet now on may/10/24 they replied that my $110 withdrawal request (in which i was not informed of nor requested) is in day 1 of 7 before recieving im on chat with live agent and have been over an hour and they are just wasting my time without resolving anything
