Coapt Avis

Chloe F recently helped with our housing, she was very polite and friendly and made the whole experience a lot less stressful than it could have been.
She helped with every aspect and always had a smile.

Was very happy with the service I received. Chloe F made the process very easy and she was sooooo helpful. Well done and thank you 😊

Helped by Harriet, prompt responses and made things really clear, smooth and easy process

CoApt is such a well run letting agency with genuinely warm and helpful staff. They really take a lot of the stress out of being a landlord! My properties are overseen by Chris Skilton, and he’s been great with help and advice when I need. But whenever he’s not around, someone else there will always step up and look into issues for me. I definitely recommend them all!

I worked with Mat @ CoApt to both rent and purchase a property and had an elite level experience. He went above and beyond to chase down any and all issues that arose and enabled me to rapidly rent a property and remove all barriers to a speedy conveyancing. I have worked with a LOT of estate agents as part of this process and they are NOT all created equal. Highly recommend.

After an initial hiccup with picking the wrong room, the staff, Parissa in particular, provided a great outcome on a stressful day. Helpful, considerate and friendly, Parissa saved the day! Thank you.

Parisa was an absolute legend at the last minute and completely saved the day!

I used CoApt to let my flat in Hove, helping me to market it, find suitable tenants, do the inventory and ensure all the legal boxes were fully checked. Great company to work with, especially Kayleigh Beal the finance whizz, Oliver and Emma W. Would happily use again and recommend.

Coapt has been a positive journey throughout, the staff are very helpful especially Thomas who always responded quickly to my queries.

Thomas and the rest of the staff have been super helpful and friendly! 5 Stars

Happy with the service I'm receiving from Matt thanks

Adam and his Team at Co Apt are an absolute breath of fresh air in the Estate Agency world. They are dynamic and forward thinking. They are always very professional and responsive and it has been an absolute pleasure working with them thus far. I look forward to a continued working relationship with them. Thanks Co Apt

Coapt has been really helpful managing our flat for years. From finding suitable tenants to helping out with the turn-around, the agents there have been more than helpful. Will highly recommend Coapt for anyone who is looking to rent/buy or sell.

Chloe was a great help and got everything sorted quickly. Our key collection went very smoothly

Coapt have managed my property seamlessly since 2017, with professional ongoing support to both myself as a landlord and my tenants, highly recommended

Coapt have been doing a great job managing my property in Brighton. Big thanks to Kieran, Maddie and the rest of the team for getting everything sorted so efficiently.

Great experience with Olivia. She made everything simple and straightforward, while being so friendly and professional

Special thanks to Pablo, he made my experience very worthy. I will come again!

Coapt were very helpful and responsive to our queries while we were signing the contract and moving in. We were primarily in touch with Chloe, who really helped us with any concerns we had during the signing phase, and kindly liaised with with the property manager and landlord to help us resolve any requests.
