Cosy cottage, sadly let down by rough, worn and grey towels - creased and screwed bedding (we had to remove and iron it) - many cobwebs and being asked to leave by 9am when our booking clearly stated 10am! So we wouldn't return.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased that you found the cottage cosy but are very sorry that certain aspects of your stay did not meet expectations.
It is such a pity that these concerns were not brought to our attention at the time, as we or the owner would have been more than happy to assist and address the areas highlighted. Please be assured that we take guest feedback seriously and have passed your comments to the owner.
We also apologise for the confusion regarding the departure time. This has not been reported to us previously, and we will investigate why you were asked to leave early.
