Coastal Paddle Boards Avis 

I really should have checked the reviews prior to making a purchase with this company. Despite sending multiple emails inquiring about my order's status, I've received no replies. I've now emailed them one last time to cancel my order and request a refund. I advise against ordering from this company!

I wish I’d have read the reviews before ordering with this company. I have sent several emails asking where my order is, no response . I have sent a final email requesting my order be cancelled and a refund processed. Don’t order from this company!

Was looking for changing robes that were more responsible priced and this place was the best. Good customer service and excellent product no issues

Waterproof changing robes

I was in the market for a changing robe for myself for the cold days paddle boarding, I ended up buying 4 for the whole family. They have been great products and amazing value compared to others on online can’t fault it.

Just got 2 paddle boards on the Black Friday deal, these products are amazing and the quality is fantastic.

It’s the same quality as other top end brands but half the price as well as having the Black Friday deal. Can’t be happier. Free next day delivery was spot on as well!

I’ve used my paddle board so much this summer. Can’t wait for next summer. Comes with everything you need!

Items being shipped direct from China hence long delivery times.
I tried numerous times to contact the seller when I realised the tracking details given didn't work.(I used their online contact form and their email address listed on their contact us tab) and only when I left a bad review did I get a reply, apparently all my emails went into their spam box!
When I googled the courier being used it led me to a Chinese company that apparently is a scam company.
If the seller stuck to shipping what they had in stock rather than shipping direct from China maybe they'd regain some control and have happier customers as a result.
I waited 19 days for my item and only when I left a bad review on their website did the seller finally get back to me and gave a full refund that I'm waiting to be processed.
I never leave bad reviews but this has really frustrated me, the item was a birthday present for my wife and I was unable to give her it.

Update on this-
The refund of course never went through!
Ended up escalating the issue via PayPal who eventually settled the dispute in my favour and issued the refund directly.
10/10 to PayPal and 0/10 to Coastal Paddle frauds!

nice product selection for water sports, good company

Got my paddle board from Coastal Paddle Boards last summer which is of great quality, and have ordered lots of accessories since, life jacket, dry bag, dry robe etc. Lead times are as they state, up to 15 days as everything shipped is taking so long for all suppliers worldwide.
My paddle board is quite wide but makes it so easy to balance on, great for a novice like me!

Great customer service and really good value for money! I will definitely be recommending to a friend.

Sadly can’t rate this higher ordered few things as great prices so initially really pleased as family of sup and kayak owners .. yet not sure how business works as long wait for some items as they don’t have a lot of things in stock and I wanted items for a trip .. cancelled my order due to delivery times except one item that they did have in stock and quickly sent, yet sadly it was too big and I sent it back at a cost of 11.50 to myself .. so due to that I’ll stick to the ones I already use surfdome etc that do free returns as I often order two sizes for fit .. sad really as offer great range of items and may have used them again if wasn’t in rush for items but not sure would take the risk as expensive to send items back if don’t fit .. wish them well though as customer service was good.
