I was honestly waiting impatiently but boy when my first package came in it actually looked good so no regrets in the end.

The quality of products is not as expected for the price and what is seen on the website. The delivery took a long time and items were delivered one at a time. It appears it is delivered from china and the items are not packaged appropriately. I will expect jewelry to be put in jewelry box.
There was significant delay of almost 6 weeks for one of my items which I no longer require. I asked for a refund but they have not responded to this request. It has been 2 weeks and several emails with no response regarding my request for a refund.

I used cocoanddee twice now and both times the quality was sloid and delivery was fast. Will definitely be back.

I had mixed feelings at first. After a few days of using it, I can say it meets my basic needs. No big stress.

Nothing stood out in a bad way. It arrived, I used it, and it’s been fine. Sometimes that is all you need.

This wasn't a perfect experience, but nothing bad either. The item does what it is supposed to do, and that is enough for me.

After using it for a while, I can say it’s a fair buy. It fits my needs and I don’t feel disappointed.

It’s not luxury or anything like that, but it’s practical. I use it and it works, so I’m fine.

The product feels normal, not too heavy, not too light. I’ve used it a few times and it’s been fine so far.

I don’t usually trust online stores, but this one didn’t disappoint me. The item is okay and came as shown.

Not everything went smooth in the beginning, but in the end, things were sorted out. The product itself is usable and fine.

I bought this for my room and it fits well. It’s simple and doesn’t look cheap. I like the feeling it gives.

I have yet to receive my order. I keep getting notice that it will take from 7-14 day for deliver. That's have been over 9 months. I need a full refund, not a credit. I paid for my order but never received it!

If there were only minus stars. This place is the WORST. I tried to return shoes & a bag only to be told I had to pay for the shipping back. So another $25 flushed down the toilet. I agreed to their terms & Chloe from customer service told me their printer wasn’t working. 3 weeks I waited for the return label ….totally ignored. And so I have shoes & a bag I don’t need & out an extra $25 for a label I never got. None of my emails are returned… CRICKETS. My advice.. don’t buy from them.
