We’re genuinely sorry for the frustration caused by the delay. For clarity, we received your order on Saturday, dispatched it on Tuesday morning (our next business day), and followed up with the courier when we became aware of the delivery delay. The courier advised us that the delay was due to high freight volumes and assured us that the parcel would be delivered.
We also acknowledge that we should have proactively contacted you about the delay, and we apologise for not doing so.
While the delivery delay was with the courier and outside our direct control, we understand that this was frustrating. We always aim to provide a reliable service and appreciate your feedback, which will help us improve our communication with customers.

I recently contact the supplier to raise a concern about the consistency of cans of coconut cream I had purchased. The supplier contact me within 24 hours offered a replacement of alternative products over and above what I had expected. I am very impressed with the customer service I received and will continue to purchase from this supplier as well as recommend this business to others. Much appreciated.
