The management of the property is…
The management of the property is really good, from the initial contact through viewing, contract signing and ongoing management. Bernadette and Afzal make it really easy and pain-free being available any time. Repairs are quickly arranged and done so we can enjoy living in the flat.

All my worries were answered.
I was very pleased I put my trust in both Bernadette and Afzul. Times have been hard since COVID but my trust was royally rewarded. As a client and as a former Headteacher and Inspector I appreciated the communication I received from both Bernadette and Afzul. I now ha e two happy tenants All works needs to provide a safe environment. All works needed to provide a safe environment were organised by Afzul and for this I am grateful. I would highly recommend this company.

Top experience compared to London standards
I have rented a very nice apartment in Pimlico through Coldwell. My person of contact was Afzal, who has been very responsive and helpful in every situations even after I moved out.
