Overall very good service. Originally was a little frustrated as the bed we purchased was too large for our room and when trying to return was told we were unable to due to the item being bespoke. This wasn’t displayed anywhere during the ordering process and was only mentioned right at the bottom of the refunds and returns policy when I went looking for it so that could be clearer!! Be aware when ordering. However, they were able to sort a problem with the main support slat when we realised it was too small quickly and efficiently. Very quick to reply when messaging.

Was so impressed with service and quality of this bed. Online ordering without being able to see can be scary but this bed was everything and more that was described online. Ordering and correspondence was efficient even in lockdown which was amazing. Delivery Information was clear and all arrived safely. Putting bed together was very easy (there weren’t any instructions) and we had the bed made within 10 minutes. My son loves it and I am very happy and can not recommend this company enough.

Hi very happy with bed looks amazing.

We had issues with our bed because the gas lift was faulty. The new customer service team did recognise the issue and offered us either a full refund or replacement parts. Although, unfortunately it meant that we were left without the bed that we wanted, we we chose to go with the replacement. Roger, in particular was very helpful.

I came across Comfy Sleeps Home on Instagram and had a scroll through their page. I was in love with many beds, however I was reluctant to order as you never know how they will actually look.

I got in contact with the company via email ( excellent respond rate btw) and I had asked 26262 questions ( sorry staff🙈) and the sales team helped me out tremendously from the colour to the material even gave me great suggestions on what colour beddings!😂🙈Such a lovely bunch of friendly staff!

I was kept updated throughout the whole process, was given a call saying when my bed would be delivered and what day.

My bed looks even better in person, such amazing quality and looks so chic!

I am so so impressed and ComfySleepsHome is definitely by go to place for beds. I would recommend wholeheartedly!

Absolutely love my new bed! We phoned a few days after ordering to add the matching ottoman to our order which was no bother at all. The man we spoke to was friendly and helpful. The delivery men were also lovely. The bed and ottoman look beautiful and I couldn’t be happier with them. Would definitely use this company again!

I finally have my dream bed material is amazing and the mattress is like heaven. They worked round my schedule to deliver the bed. We had a couple of issues regarding the gas lift but they came straight back out and removed it and fixed it all together. I had great service of response whenever I would message I would get a prompt reply and update. I would definitely use this company again can’t thank them enough.

Ordered the Hilton in plush silver with a 165cm headboard also paid £25 delivery. Txt at midnight to say the bed was arriving the next day. On the day of delivery Adam called as they needed a ferry to get to me the bed couldn’t not be delivered! Be sure to message In advance An make sure your bed will be coming to your address as their website did not take the postcode into account and I was expected to read their terms even thought I was charged £25 for delivery. I had to pay an extra £60 for the ferry and go and collect 4 hours it took to actually get my bed home. After telling Adam his website was sh**t he became rude abrupt and told me he would take the bed back and refund me half my money. Luckily the bed was paid on my credit card so this was never going to happen he then hung the phone up on and what about the state of the bottom of the bed you think that is acceptable?As advised previously I will contact my card issuer if I don’t get a resolution to the state of it I notice you haven’t replied to any of them comments about the actual bed, and to clarify I was not abusive to your staff at all, simply stated your website was poor you should of made it clearer at the check out and not make the bed and get aggressive on the phone when it couldn’t be delivered. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to ask you to put the state of the bottom of the bed right it’s a shame you cant post images on trip advisor so people can actually see the reason for the average reviews. As stated the poor attention to detail, aftercare and customer service has let you down. I have emailed you the defects as per your 14 day return policy I am not hopeful I will hear back and if I don’t I will raise a dispute with my card company!

Ordered 2 beds, Nina wingback and imperial. Relatively speedy delivery and contact from delivery drivers advising arrival time.
Headboard delivered was not what was ordered, both beds needed reconfigurations to fit them together, the frames were too large for the base on both. Contacted the company twice with pictures and to advise after paying extra for a larger headboard I was still delivered the wrong one. They agreed to refund the extra I had paid for the headboard and a £30 credit for the inconvenience of having to reconfigure both beds. A £30 refund was a little low considering it took us over 3 hours to adjust all the fixtures and fittings, this was also the situation with the 2nd bed which we built the following day.

Cannot thank the delivery team enough, fast delivery. Bed looks beautiful. Installation was quite tricky. Can’t wait to get this up, I’m in love with it already.

I ordered a bed and mattress online via the website. Advised delivery would be approx 10 days which is was.
The bed is lovely at the matching ottoman matches well.
It was straightforward to put together.
The only problem we has was the gas lift ottoman was abit noisy, so we decided to change the pistons from the ones supplied to our previous ones and this stopped the noise.
The mattress we ordered was a 3000 pocket spring, the mattress is quite soft but I like it like that.

The headboard is lovely. The bed is lovely. But after a week the bed broke. I called the company and they said this was unusual and will send out a replacement.I was told there had been several complains that this bed had a faulty batch of leavers.
I was offered to replace the leaver or a different base which meant I can no longer pull my bed up to use as storage underneath without having to take the mattress off which is very heavy!
I want for this option as I didn’t want to sleep on a Brocken bed again.
I then emailed asking when this will be delivered and I didn’t get a response.
On Sunday I was over my friends and received a call from the delivery men saying they where 20 minutes away. I had no confirmation of the order, no response of delivery dates they just turned up which also happened when our bed first arrived. It was a good job I was only20 minutes away from my house so I was in for the delivery. I did explain this to the delivery men who where very apologetic. Anyway, the new base was delivered and the men changed the bed over and all is now good.
The only down side I feel to all this is the company’s responses. They do need to improve on their customer service communication.
I also paid £99 for extra storage which now isn’t the case as the bed doesn’t pull up so now but I haven’t been offered any kind of refund for this. I’m waiting on a response to see if I can have a refund of £99 . ...?!

Initial bed arrived with a mouldy footboard from being wrapped up whilst damp. After a few delays, this was replaced for us but sadly the footboard sent was the wrong one.

This is the only reason that we can't leave a 5 star review... The initial purchasing was easy, all questions answered quickly and the actual bed, aside from the accidental damage is great quality and looks stunning. It was also a bargain for £600.

Fantastic bed company! Ordered and delivered in less than a week which is amazing considering we are going through covid-19. Fantastic service all round and the bed is absolutely stunning! This was the second bed we actually purchased as we purchased the first one from another company and the bed was awful!! We had no choice but to send it back and I’m so glad we did! Quickly done my homework and ordered a superking from here with an upgraded large headboard is it simply stunning! The 3 men that delivered the bed was very kind and helpful. I would not hesitate to purchase another bed from this company. Keep up the good work!
