Concept2 Avis 

I've owned a Concept 2 row erg since 2008 and never really had a problem or the need to contact customer support. It's been a brilliant machine, but clearly suffered some kind of failure last week when I started to row. I initially contacted via Chat but was soon in touch with Elisa in Nottingham. I submitted some photos and within minutes the problem had been diagnosed and a significant new part was on its way to me at no charge. Really, really good service and reinforces Concept 2's reputation as brilliant in their after-sales service - even 16 years later.

I turned up today at C2 HQ for help with spares (call ahead is my advice to others - might not have FOH staff) and Elisa was an absolute superstar. Despite my unannounced arrival, she helped me troubleshoot (on the phone!) my model of rower, PM3 computer fault and even better coordinated new PM5 device purchase and someone brought it out to the car. This is above & beyond customer help; in a world of tech giants that don’t offer real-person support. Brilliant - 5* from me *****

Could not speak highly enough of concept 2’s after care service. It really has been second to none. I dealt personally with a guy called Jonny who couldn’t have given me any more of his time, patience and expert knowledge. Once again I am very grateful.

Telephone reception was exceptionally professional knowledgeable helpful and friendly.

Good product which gave me about 7 years of regular use, but UK customer service is sadly lacking. I reached out for some help in getting in touch with someone independent who might be able to help fix my broken machine and they couldn't have been less helpful. I understand they don't service the machines themselves, but would have been nice to have been pointed in the right direction instead of just being dismissed.

Too much good choice out there these days to consider buying a new one.

Concept2print Mr.Malik is very nice guy , he will advise you on the cost of printing quality and prices, Prices are reasonable. Shop is very morden.nice a clean environment. I will happy to print with him.

A model of great service

Having just re-discovered my Concept2 Model D with PM3, I found that when I recently changed my iPhone the update on the ERGDATA app meant that it would no longer work with my PM3. Contacted Monique who managed by magic to come up with a second hand PM5. So now not only do I still have the most wonderful rowing machine available, but through Monique's help am right up to date. As someone who likes to be able to quantify my efforts this is going to make a huge difference and the inspiration to persevere with my fitness efforts. Monique made several calls to me to ensure that this happened and should be highly commended for her outstanding customer service.

I have had my Concept2 Model D (RowErg) for 15 years. It’s been brilliant, and nothing has ever broken, but I recently decided to give it a service and some new parts.

I ordered them direct from the website (literally every single nut or bolt is available individually, and clearly labelled on parts diagrams) but later realised I’d missed one item and went back to order it about an hour later.

I emailed C2 to say they could put it all in one parcel, but was told they had been so efficient it was already in the mail. However, as I couldn’t have known that, they refunded the postage on my second order!

Loads of credit to Concept2 for making a great bit of kit, for Concept2 and especially Monique for the great customer service!

This is the second time I have had impeccable customer support from this company and in particular from Jonny. The first time was to sort out a PM5 monitor I was unable to update the firmware onto and this time, he not only worked out which bolts I would need to purchase, Concept2 actually supplied the items free of charge and now the SkiErg is usable again. Thank you so much👏

Fabulous company - they helped us with use of their Ergo's for a charity event at our Company - Jonny at Concept 2 was super helpful and helped us along the way. All the machines were in perfect condition and very easy to set up.

All good in the end - problems with getting delivery but resolved helpfully after some hassle. Can't comment on the product since I don't have it yet but have always been happy using them.

Purchased a Skierg from a 3rd party retailer. As C2 are the ones that fulfil the order I contacted them by email and phone to see when the item may be delivered. Email support was very good, having had a not so great experience on the phone with a chap who couldn't seem less bothered about helping me if he tried.

Delivery took ten days from order, the courier firm Arrow XL were very good and the item arrived just fine.

Four stars due to the experience with phone support and email/text communications regarding delivery which could have been better (No email to say it had been despatched, first I heard the day after was from the courier company although this may have been due to not ordering direct from them).

Overall a positive experience.

I'm just about to embark upon a one million metre rowing challenge for charity in memory of my late father, the final 2000 metres being rowed on the pitch at Rodney Parade (thank you Dragons RFC) in October 2023. Unfortunately my PM4 monitor has given up the ghost and Concept2 rapidly sorted me out with a replacement PM5, plus sent me a Concept2 rowing cap, which is fabulous quality. Amazing customer service. I'm all set up, including using the Concept2 ErgData app, and all ready to go. Thank you Concept2.

I have owned my Concept 2 rower from new for about 12 years now. It is great exercise machine and in my view the best you can buy.
I recently had a problem with the monitor but this was quickly and efficiently dealt with by their customer care department. It was so refreshing to deal with a company with such excellent support. All the staff are very friendly and eager to help. Monique was particularly knowledgeable and helpful.
