Awful product that just gets worse with…
Awful product that just gets worse with every claimed development. Just actually getting logged in is a joke another frightened company who think that layers and layers of requirements are the answer. I need to go through 6 elements to get yes 6 and then you have to keep changing passwords. Nobody wants to see my expenses and anyone who did would have to be desperate. And this is all before the woeful user experience. I am at the stage where I am refusing to incur expenses because life is to short for this rubbish software.
Pain in the neck.
There's a people in India who just doing what they were told to do so if I didn't put "proper" receipt they'll return my expense to me. Even our company's account department approved, it'll take another 3-4 emails to get approved by "Off shore team". It's been night mare for me. Every time I submit some of my expense will be returned even I double check with our company that it'll be ok to submit. No flexibility what so ever. Previous company that I worked for all the pilots complained about this system but probably it'll be cheaper than hire someone in this country.
Rude and no empathy regarding cafe culture.
Unfortunately my company uses this system.
Poor support by rude customer service team.
Put the same claim in with 2x different receipts from the cafe.
They are saying they want to know who had what roll now. If they were based in England and understood the culture they would know 2 receipts (including a VAT one) is already well over the top. Can't go back 4x weeks later and say excuse me can you add 4x bacon rolls and 4x sausage. What next do they want to know what sauce they had?
Truculent
Just the most complicated, unfriendly and downright awkward piece of software. I note that, here on Trustpilot, it say "This company does not reply to negative feedback". I guess they wouldn't have the staff for such an undertaking!
Bad product
If you want to easily and quickly lodge your work expense claims.....this is not for you
If you hate double handling information.....this is not for you
If you want to do everything from your mobile phone....this definetly is not for you.
In fact, if there's another system, go there instead

This unadulterated heap of absolute tosh was clearly dreamed up, developed and structured by a lone individual in his bedroom whist overdosed on a diet selective serotonin replacement pills, sugary drinks and edibles imported directly from Amsterdam. It is totally infuriating and takes 20 times longer that our old original spreadsheet process. without doubt the most unintuitive and inconsistent piece of software I have ever come across. The sales team must be literally laughing all the way to the bank. I only gave it one star so I could access this box for a good old rant.

Zero stars..... the stress is unbelievable! "The amount you entered is greater than the allocated amount" NO it really isn't! Companies using these jokers are creating headaches for their hired help!! I have spent too much time on this. Very close to saying no to venues who use this absolute trash system. I am forced to use this product by my employer. Since the very beginning, it has been a terrible product to use. Unintuitive, buggy and just overall one of the worst apps or tech product that I have ever used. Also, trying to give them anonymous feedback is practically impossible. Anonymous, as I have no power to change anything with my employer, so it's simply only feedback, nothing else.
I will say that if given the choice, I would steer clear of this product.
Cannot run an annual mileage report
Just when I think Concur couldn't get any more un-user friendly, it comes up with another surprise. I need to run a report for my year end tax return, yet there is no way of doing this unless I have 'reporting' rights. How absolutely useless!!! I just want a tally of my annual business mileage but have had to go to our personnel department.
I am now having to keep a book in the car with details of mileage from every trip - I should not have to do this, Concur should be making things easier, not harder.

SAP Concur is a wildly unintuitive system.
We work with multiple payment platforms, on a monthly basis. SAP Concur is hands down the worst one we use. It has roughly 3 extra steps more than any other platform and has the least useful refencing structure for payments. The automated feedback it does give is deeply unhelpful.
The processing of any invoice seems to be on a hair-trigger to be stopped by any number of the steps in authorisation. When it is stopped, getting the process restarted is extremely difficult, with the messaging system seemingly completely ignored.
The only presumption I can make is that the company using SAP Concur is using the incorrect system for the requirement. If it is the correct system, it is woefully poor and either the source company or SAP Concur should be doing something about this, it is making both look horribly bad.
Very bad software
Very bad software. Clunky, inaccurate and completely unable to find the lowest fare. A nightmare for expenses which have to be done by a specialized employee anyway. Why are institutions using this software is a mystery
Utter misery every single time you have…
Utter misery every single time you have to use it. Leads to circling of reports back and forth for eternity over inane details, huge interruptions in work responsibilities, out-of-pocket expenses, interrogation and denial of basic work supplies, and disproportion so that rote work expenses (ink for a printer, lights, insurance) become more time consuming than the core responsibilities these expenses are for.
Absolute nightmare. The shadow work of a system like this is a kind of sanctioned theft from employees. Avoid at all costs. Every time I have to use it this system ruins my work flow and my day.

And that's where they Fail Consistently & having used this system - forcibly for 2 years I'm feel I'm more than Qualified to write this review stating how utterly Comically Incompetent Sap Concur really is
It tries to constantly undermine your actual expenses continually Pedantically questioning legitimate and claims treating you like a Thief - the latest debacle being that not having a receipt for a measly £2:20 it decided to hold up my entire expenses claim - the fa t that I completed the missing receipt from is an example of just how distrusting they are - always nice to get a notification at 12:45am saying they have held your expenses due to as mentioned above
There are many many more Flaws in this system that is Sap Concur - Do Not Think About Using Them - the reviews on apple are the same Poor Pedantic Did Trusting Unhelpful Inconvenient Lacking in Customer Engagement
If I wasn't forced to use Concur at…
If I wasn't forced to use Concur at work, I would never, ever use it. It is very buggy and unreliable. Sometimes it recognizes receipt amounts, and sometimes it just flat refuses. The UI is very lethargic and randomly does not save information. It allows you to link partners like Uber, Lyft, etc with the promise that receipts will e-receipt, but they never do. Perhaps the worst is that it forces you to pick the absolute, barrel bottom flight. Even with the highest airline status, you are unable to choose a seat or even make changes unless you pay an exorbitant amount for a higher priced flight that would be the same cost as the cheapest flight when booking direct with the airline.

Words can't express how bad Concur solution is...The user interface feels like it's been designed by I.T bods with no understanding of every day people trying use it. If you own a business and you want to annoy most of your employees and business partners just get Concrap.
They allow other websites to stole users points.
The company where I work since few months ago uses this website. It is the worst way I have ever seen to reserve hotels. On my last hotel reservation for 20 days, the website did it throughout the bad website expedia. This second website took all the points that I should get for my nights in the hotel. Nothing showed me that this would happen. I wanted to call with Concur and there is no phone on its website to do this. I already sent a claim in my job to express my non conformity with this bad website.
Wish i could give SAP Concur zero…
Wish i could give SAP Concur zero stars. This has been nothing but a disaster since we went live 3 months ago. All I receive are complaints from the end users and the administrators. It has created MORE work for everyone. We are actually considering going back to paper forms. Seriously, it is that bad. Don't even ask about the surprise billing!

I implemented Concur for T&E. Fantastic solution, but requires enough travelers to make it make sense financially.
Feel the matrix..
I spent 8 hours on my first expenses so far, plus an hour from an accountant and it's still not ready for submission. I can accept that IT bods are smart but can't communicate, but I am baffled why my company wants to waste time like this (if I need more than a basic tutorial, you failed in your software: we are talking about a receipt, a date, a number and a reason).
